Stay away from this company. They advertised hot tub filters as being compatible with my hot tub. When they arrived they looked the same. When I went to use it the filter casing wouldn't close it was mm's out. This company wouldn't except responsibility. Eventually they asked that I send them back at a cost to me for a refund. So I paid over £5 to send them back. When they received the filters back they offer me £26 refund instead of the £60+ I paid for them. They have stopped responding to emails. They are completely useless and incompetent. Please safe your money and your time DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Had to get a refund due to heater being faulty. I can safely say that all the problems was down to the manufacturer and supplier and not part4tubs. Customer services and support from Elias and Andi was great but unfortunately my problems was beyond their control.

So we bought the heat to water exchanger 10 months before I got round to fitting it and a struggled with my Pipe connections they were leaking. So I emailed and said I’m struggling with this Pipe what am I doing wrong and he forwarded me a video of how to do the joint properly. After watching this I kicked myself up the backside and did them properly. I then emailed Andy and asked what settings were best for The heat exchanger and he came back virtually straight away with an answer, I can’t speak hardly enough of him. He’s helpful and a hand to help. I’m a qualified electrician and thought this job would be easy. I will admit it’s been testing, but I’ve really enjoyed it. Andy also suggested a new wet end for my pump which also fitted perfect the heat exchanger is amazing very impressed with how quick it’s heated the hot tub.. We run a small holiday van and the hot tub here’s the USP and has a lot of work. Thank you again, Andy

Andi, was excellent in recommending and shipping parts to repair my hot tub, on installation found some issues and Andi worked through them methodically via whatsapp and got it operational with some adjustments to the set up, Can't recommend him highly enough for the support he provided!

I ran into an issue needing to get a new board for my Bullfrog hot tub. I came across a video on Youtube of Andi's and saw that he had an option on his website where he would confirm which board you need. He suggested a generic Balboa board over the Bullfrog board. This board literally saved me over $300 vs the Bullfrog board and easily over $1000 on having a service tech. His help continued even after - as we emailed several times to ensure I was programmed correctly and he explained the differences in programming and the interface board changes. The board didn't change the basic functions - just how I need to access them going forward. I can't recommend Andi enough - where most companies ghost you after you order, he is there to answer questions and goes beyond expectations. If you are comparing prices and sites - consider his service AFTER purchase and go with him! I used the US site and there was quick shipping (same day!).

Called Andi re a little giant pond cover pump, price postage and when I could expect it etc ,not only was the price exceptional value the postage was on the day quoted , PERFECT!!! Many thanks

Fantastic service, help and guidance. The You Tube videos helped initially, advising the information required to enable Andi to specify the correct replacement jet and circulation pumps I required for my ageing tub. Having specified the two pumps, when I changed my approach to trying just the wet end on the circ pump, he specified that. Nothing was too much trouble, the replies were very quick, along with the delivery.
Definitely recommend and will use every time for my tub parts. Thank you

I first contacted andi to check my tub was able to connect..he was very helpful..once I had got the parts I wasn’t quite sure of how it connected I called him and within minutes we had it working… so overall very helpful and a quick delivery .

Had a problem with tub heating, which Andi correctly identified as a blown heater relay on the main board. After a lot of emails back and forth Andi was extremely helpful and gave me full confidence to attempt replacement by myself. All went well, but then a Flow-Error appeared. Once again, Andi was spot-on with identifying the issue and a few minutes later the tub was back in business and working away as new, saving me about £1,000 over local repair company. Very happy to have found this resource, web-site and YouTube channel.

I bought a pool filter for a good price and it came fast. There was a minor problem with one part and Andi replied quickly and sent the part replacement very fast. Great customer service. He has earned a long-time customer.

We had an issue with our hot tub and we called out the original supplier out to fix the problem which was to replace the control panel for pumps and temperature settings, after fitting control panel hot tub would not fire up and was instantly told it would be £695 for a new PCB on which we laughed at him especially when replacement fuse was only £7:26 for 2, so we sent him on his merry way, but still left with unusable hot tub so checked replaceable fuses on main board and found one of the glass replaceable fuses to have no continuity so found parts4tubs online and after a quick chat with a chap there and got a replacement fuses sent out which was revived at lunch on the 12/12/ but only ordered at lunch on the 11/12 mega impressed with overall service and will definitely be using them again 10 out of 10 from me 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
