Attentive and Personable Salesman
From the initial enquiry the AI response was prompt to deliver my information to a person who then contacted me the following morning. I was assigned a sales representative (Allen) who followed up prior to our viewing appointment. We were welcomed into the branch and were given time to view and walk around the car without any pushy sales techniques. We were offered a relaxed test drive with no limitations on time and access to all roads we wanted to test the vehicle on. Allen was exceptionally helpful and very personable. He answered all of our questions and allowed us time to chat alone. He had pre-prepared a finance example based on information gathered and made the process very clear and as concise as possible. Our requests relating to valeting the vehicle prior to collection were carried out exactly as requested. Removing stickers and completing a full and thorough clean of the car internally and externally. Allen and his colleagues exceeded the expectations of my wife and I. We would both return to the branch without a doubt to purchase our next car.

Never buy a car from the again!
Bad customer service!!!
Information misleading to customers and not all information provided. DO NOT BUY THE WARRENTY! It is a scam. Wasn’t provided the information pack and not told there were other charges for the warrenty. Also was told the car came with 24 hour driveway insurance which it didn’t ans had to our aches extra insurance.
Have previously contacted their sales department and they do not respond or care about their customers

Amazing customer service!
The customer service was absolutely brilliant! Denis helped me with the purchase of my fiat 500 and kept me updated and informed every step of the way even if there wasn’t much of an update to give. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to buy themselves a newer car

Great fast service
I recently sold my car at Synter Select Nottingham and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff were very helpful. A big thank you to Holly Scott for the excellent service and to all the other staff who were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them. It was actually quite a pleasant experience.

Excellent service
My partner and I bought a car recently, and Allen and Declan were brilliant. They were both friendly and professional and without the ‘hard sell’ (which we really dislike and have experienced at other showrooms).
My partner loses interest if he has to sit too long with paperwork. Both Allen and Declan really speeded up their elements of the process for us which we really appreciated.
Allen also kept us well informed between the sale and collection dates.
We would definitely buy from Sytner again, overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Poor Experience
Unfortunately, my recent experience with Nottingham Sytner Select has been the most disappointing car buying process I’ve encountered to date. For context:
On April 18th, I paid a £99 reservation fee for a vehicle. From that point onward, I was forced to continuously chase the dealership for updates over a two-week period before being informed that the car was finally “ready.” Communication was poor throughout, and it was extremely difficult to get in touch with staff, who appeared disengaged and lacking in customer focus.
When I was eventually invited to collect the car, I was booked into the final slot of the day. The finance process was rushed, with staff insisting it had to be completed immediately due to the finance companies “closing soon,” warning that any delay would set things back further. I didn’t leave the dealership until 7:30 PM.
To make matters worse, the car was handed over without a fresh MOT — I was told I would need to return at a later date as they “didn’t have the time” to complete it that day.
During my drive home, I immediately noticed an issue: the car would not shift into third gear. Upon further inspection at home, I found that despite the dealership having stamped the service book to indicate a service had been carried out, the coolant level was below the minimum — a concerning oversight.
I returned the car the following morning. As of now, I have yet to receive any clear explanation regarding the missing coolant. I’ve also been informed the vehicle was sent to an external garage over a week ago, but the dealership has been unable to get an update on the repairs. The only reason I even have this information is because I’ve been following up myself — no one has proactively contacted me.
In summary, my experience with Nottingham Sytner Select has been extremely poor. The lack of communication, attention to detail, and customer care has left me frustrated and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone seeking a professional or reliable service.

Bought my vehicle 3 years ago from Nottigham site, initially had a couple of problems which were fixed promptly to my satisfaction. Signed up for MoT for life when purchased and have just had it's 3rd MoT which was done within the hour. Service was prompt and curtious.

Mileage Discrepancy, Damaged Alloys, condescending staff
Yesterday I bought a white BMW 3 series 2019 plate. The presale customer service was excellent however it’s been downhill since then. The car was advertised with 41000 miles but when I took the car home I realised the actual mileage was 50010 and I only done a 100 mile journey to bring the car home. There was some damage on the vehicle I was informed about however the pictures I received didn’t highlight the extent of the damage and I was assured the alloys would be refurbished however they wasn’t done properly (scratch on the rear driver side wheel). When I brought this to the attention of Hannah I was told ‘if I didn’t buy the car some else will.’ Which I found to be rude and condescending. The car was given to me with next to no petrol and barely made it to the petrol station. I haven’t needed to use the after sales team yet so I cannot comment on their after sales customer service.
Based on the mileage discrepancies and being let down with the quality of the alloys and Hannah’s comment about if I don’t buy the car someone else will, I do not encourage anyone to use this dealership. Not the experience I was expecting when purchasing a £20k car.
