Hello, We have used Starlight in a number of guises over the years . Pre COVID. Always helpful. Always get smaller numbers of a product which helps smaller concerns. Prices good too. David

The guys at Starlight Packaging are brilliant. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the couriers they used. Luckily I am near enough that I went and collected from them

Hello Robert,
Thank you very much for the 5 stars! :)
100% failed to fulfill order correctly - Exorbitant shipping costs.
I have ordered from these guys twice and both times they got the order wrong. 1st order, the gloves were XL instead of L. I ended up just reordering because of the the shipping costs to return them would be a nightmare. 2nd order arrives, yep ! M sizes this time! What is so hard about accurately reading the order then despatching a product I can actually use? The shipping costs are exorbitant. £24 to send it to NI!! Absolute joke.
*** I have just seen the response from Starlight. ***
Dear Starlight, I have been a paraplegic for the last 19 years. I was in my 30s when I was injured. My hand size has not changed in all that time so why would I order a different size to ALL the other times this time? As expected, a BS response from a company with lots of reviews. Have a read of the 1 and 2 star reviews and see if you can see the pattern. I stand by my comments. Starlight/DLAN who ever they’re trying to be are not reliable and very difficult to deal with. Avoid !!!

Hello Steve,
We are sad to see the low stars and to hear about the issues with your order. We have looked in to this and on your most recent order placed 5th March - 126102 - you have infact ordered 4 boxes size Medium gloves. I cannot see any other orders from you, if you are able to provide us with your older order number, we can look in to this one for you too.
Excellent product, kept food frozen longer than expected.
Excellent product. Did the job even better than expected. Arrived when expected.
