We ordered four pieces of furniture from JMD Furniture. However, one of the chairs was delivered with a broken leg. Surprisingly, to hide the damage, they had attached the broken wooden leg with large staples instead of replacing or repairing it properly.

The four chairs were packed in two sealed boxes. When we opened the boxes after delivery, we discovered that one of the chair legs was broken and had been stapled together to conceal the damage.

We contacted the company and requested either a replacement chair or a refund, as each chair cost us £89. Despite contacting them repeatedly for more than a month, we have not received any response or solution.

Their customer service is extremely poor, and they clearly do not value their customers. We regret buying from JMD Furniture because the chairs are of poor quality. I would not recommend that anyone purchase these chairs from this company, as we do not want others to have the same disappointing experience we had.

I wanted a table same day , as I have just moved into a new property
JMD , came same day and fixed the table and chairs for me , all came in boxes and chairs have neat covers , so porche I say
Price was sooooooo goood , better than all I had tried

I don’t know where to start, first of all the two lads who delivered my dining table ans chairs very helpful and kind, I was home alone ans I asked them if they could both carry the marble dining table straight to my dining room and they both said yes with a smile which was very kind of them although it was super heavy, I’d recommend a couple or two small person try to lift it lol
Secondly I don’t know who the seller was who i spoke via what’s up. He was help and replied with patience to my queries. I’d recommend JMD furnishing all day long. The dining and chairs looks stunning.

I have just been delivered of my table and chairs from this company and I must say that I’m really really pleased with them the two gentlemen that assembled them were very friendly I would without a doubt recommend them thank you

Extremely disappointing experience. I was sent the wrong item and had to repeatedly chase for a resolution.

After multiple attempts to resolve this directly, I’ve now had to involve my bank and request collection of the incorrect items, with a chargeback likely if this is not resolved promptly. NEVER EVER PAY IN CASH

Do not use, all their tables come cracked and they will not replaced it, they will block you instead

Do not use this cowboys, the tables have a crack in them min you pick it up it brakes U WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY
