I bought a dining table set with this company. Delivery was fine however 3 weeks after delivery the button on the chair popped out and I got in touch with the company. They advised that they are out of stock for now but they should replenish in a week's time and they would organise a replacement. This was 3 months ago and I have heard nothing back. I have sent texts, emails and voicemails with no response. That is very bad customer service to not even reply or acknowledge any of my messages. DO NOT buy from this company because if things go wrong there is a possibility it will not be fixed.

Beautiful dining table, quick and great customer service. Had a slight problem but they resolved it quickly.

I would like to say a huge thank you for my dining table set. I am really impressed and satisfied with the colour, the size and the amazing respect from the delivery guys. I had accidentally sent the delivery guys my old address and they still managed to come to my new address, they were so respectful and polite! I really appreciate there hard work carrying it up the stairs and putting it together. My set was delivered on time and it was put together beautifully.
Again, thank you for making my day with a set I can’t take my eyes off absolutely beautiful!

I was looking at this set for ages. Its Absolutely perfect my friend ordered one a while back. Company kept in touch. Delivery men were friendly also Kept in touch. Would definitely recommend.

This was a first time experience of this type. The delivery ran late into the night, after 11pm. The two guys that delivered and put everything together was the sweetest persons, they even thanked me after for trusting them with the delay. Their approach was very professional from the get go and I will highly recommend this company to anyone.

I am absolutely delighted with my new table and chairs set. It's stylish, looks pricey and timeless. The delivery guys, 'fat' Rick and Dean were lovely, they assembled the furniture and were polite, hardworking and simply awesome. I have been marvelling at my new table and chairs all day! My friends and family love them. Worth every penny for sure. Thank you.

Cannot fault this company! Great communication throughout, my table and chairs are stunning! Great quality and certainly the cheapest around. Yes the delivery was quite late but no one’s fault due to broken down vehicle. When they did arrive, delivery guys were polite, friendly and very hard working. Would certainly recommend!

I received a defected table and different colour chairs. If you do proceed, do this with caution and ensure you pay by card and not the cash on delivery option as advised by them so you can claim back through your bank if you have any issues.

Extremely poor customer service once a problem arises. Ok until they have your money, then they do not have the decency to respond. Reported defects within their very small timeframe as per the website (reported next day) to be told I was not a priority (how rude/unprofessional) and they couldn’t do anything before Xmas so I requested a refund. After weeks of ignoring my messages they are now trying to offer another table which I do not want or separate the items and only refund for part of the set when no individual prices were given. Proceeding with complaint through consumer arbitration and will be reporting to trading standards. Do not buy from this company, if you do please check items thoroughly. Faulty product is NOT acceptable when paying nearly £1000.

Only deliver late at night!
