Hello, We have used Starlight in a number of guises over the years . Pre COVID. Always helpful. Always get smaller numbers of a product which helps smaller concerns. Prices good too. David

The guys at Starlight Packaging are brilliant. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the couriers they used. Luckily I am near enough that I went and collected from them

Hi, thanks for your feedback and we're really sorry for the frustration caused with your order. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide.
It looks like there were delays in dispatch and then your order was unfortunately only partially sent, which clearly isn’t ideal—especially after you contacted us to chase it. I can see on the system that the remaining items have now been delivered to you.
We truly appreciate your patience and the chance to put this right.
Every thing arrived 0k cheers

Hello Paul,

Made an order paid for express shipping
Made an order paid for express shipping
Waited around 2 weeks and emailed them to ask where my items were, they apologise and looked into it and then I heard nothing. When it was approaching a whole amount of still not receiving my order, or any shipping update,
requested a refund and to be fair, they refunded my money straight away, but the whole experience was more annoying.
Wouldn’t use them again!

Svar från Starlight Packaging
Hello,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. You were absolutely right to expect faster delivery, especially after paying for express shipping, and we understand how frustrating the lack of updates must have been.
While we’re glad we were able to process your refund promptly, that doesn’t make up for the inconvenience and poor communication you experienced — and for that, we sincerely apologise.
We’re currently reviewing what went wrong with your order and our follow-up process to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Thank you for your feedback.

Hello Rob,

Bought a sample box
Bought a sample box. Delivery was very quick as always, however I was disappointed with the quality of the box as it fell apart. Because of that I didn’t go on to order more. It’s also quite an expensive box once delivery is added. But cannot fault the company

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MOLLY!
I place my initial order with Starlight Packaging after contacting the company for further details regarding products I was interested in purchasing.
I spoke Molly who was absolutely amazing , she was able to promptly expand on further details regarding the products I was interested in purchasing. I was reassured and impressed by her prompt knowledge and helpful nature.
I was further impressed by the service as my order was immediately processed and delivered the next day!! This level of service is what I would consider as utter professionalism, and this is something that does not happen very often.
I have since contacted Molly today (19th January 2026) to enquire as to whether the Meat Wrapping Sheets I purchased were BPA Free. Molly did check with her Manager whilst I was on the phone, but was unable to confirm the specifications, however, Molly further stated she would contact the manufacturer and call me. Once again, Molly did not fail to deliver, and I received a call within a few minutes to confirm the products were actually BPA Free!!
Thank you Molly xx
