Not the experience it once was’m
Things seem to have changed and not for the better since imagine Ireland has gone, the experience is not as personable and the service not as good, no assistance with ferry booking a real disappointment, the discount simply is not enough, also information lacking and inaccurate … please have a re think!

Dear Mr Barrett,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the level of service provided. As a loyal customer, we truly value your comments and appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your experience. Delivering excellent customer service is extremely important to us, and we take all feedback seriously.
Guests can now book their ferry directly with one of our partner ferry companies at a special rate when booking accommodation with Shamrock Cottages. Whilst we understand this is a different process from what you have been used to, we do feel that it gives guests greater flexibility and a smoother travel booking experience overall.
We can see that you were in touch with our Customer Service team prior to your stay, and apologise that the format of the telephone number was not clear. However, we are pleased that we were able to contact the homeowner on your behalf with regards to your arrival.
Thank you again for your feedback. We're so pleased that you have been a repeat guest with us over the years. If we can be of any assistance with arranging a future holiday to Ireland, please don't hesitate to get in touch, and we'll be happy to help.
Kind regards,
Hayley

Traditional Cottage, needs updating and TLC
Needs TLC, feels dated and tired. Mattresses need renewing throughout, lacking comfortable spaces to sit, indoors and outdoors. Felt damp despite our dry, sunny week. The location was great and looked marvellous from the outside, but didn't deliver from the inside.
