Our history
SECOM’s roots in the UK go back as far as 1918, when the family-owned Lodge Lock and Safe Company began providing security solutions.

Secom Security Engineer arrived on time. Checked thoroughly that the Alarm System is working properly for its annual maintenance inspection. The Engineer asked if I had any questions or concerns with the alarm system? He made a note of any concerns I may have as well as make any adjustments if required.

I can’t stress how rare this level of service is, for any company nowadays. SECOM’s commitment to customer satisfaction is impressive. Super-responsive, incredibly professional and it’s almost as though they take your safety personally (imagine that, for a security company!)

Great attitude to work from your…
Great attitude to work from your engineer but upon leaving site of the evening it was found that the work was not completed properly. This meant employee had to remain behind to wait for remote support to put the alarm back into working order.
