DO NOT RECOMMEND. You must pay for refunding your item!
First time in my life I see a company that is not offering free return. Very upset with the fact that I need to pay an extra £3 for returning my item. They are stating on the website that you can get discounted return later from royal mail however when I tried to purchase that label website was 'Not found'... So I emailed to their customer service and apparently, it's not available at the moment... From now on avoiding this company... As I found it very ridiculous all this situation.

I'm really sorry about this. At Rollersnakes the customer will have to pay for the return label offered on our website. When receive the return we then refund the postage on the actual order. There was a glitch on our website today and the return labels were currently unavailable so I sent you our returns address instead. The returns labels are now available again - sorry for the misunderstanding.

Highly recommended for skate gear
I have shopped with this company for 10 years for all my skate clothes and shoes, always fast delivery, only a couple of minor problems which were resolved by the prompt customer service. The only place left in the UK with a wide selection of skate clothes in all sizes, other companies seem to have gone a bit downhill over the years.

Great products, fast delivery and good customer service
I’ve purchased several parts and protective gear from Rollersnakes recently. They have a good line of products to choose from, speedy delivery and very good customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size elbow pads and Georgia was very helpful in guiding me through the exchange process to switch for the correct size.
Highly recommend RollerSnakes!!

Good service, bad delivery!
The product arrived promptly & was what was expected. However, the package was dumped in my front garden which is on full view of the road, available for theft & announcing to the world at large I was not at home. Quite unimpressed by that!!

Great service , great price actually the best price I could find £50 (rrp £100) Got next day a pair of Globe ct-iv classic patent black shoes. Fantastic shoes that looks even better than on pictures. Very comfortable . If you buy these shoes don't get bigger size ! The size is true :)

Superfast service and delivery time
Ordered a longboard on Tuesday evening and it arrived today. Super fast service and delivery time, and free shipping for spending over £65. Would definitely recommend them.
