Wrote a review to say my bouquet died within 3 days of arriving with some of the roses already headless. Was told to contact customer services - thing is I'd already done that and got no joy from them. So 100% useless company - rubbish flowers, non existent customer services and very over priced.

Just One time out of very many many .
I have used The Real Flower Company since it took over from David Austin.David Austin were always excellent and so I found with the real flower co., having had such bad experiences with local florists and one with M&S. However, this last time I used your service the flowers I sent to Mrs. Julie Copley barely lasted four days. This was a very big disappointment because every one to whom I have sent flowers from you has been delighted with them and has rung me to tell me so!
I am going to have to send some more to a friend whose birthday is coming up very shortly and I don't have the time to trawl through florists. I do hope she will be pleased with them though I am sure she will be. That was the only complaint I have ever had in all the time I have been using your services. I can't remember the exact date but it was very shortly before Christmas because she had suffered a bereavement.
Otherwise, I have always found your service excellent and every one delighted with their flowers!

Gift vouchers can’t be used at the company’s shops.
I bought a gift voucher for a friend’s ‘big’ birthday in December instead of a bouquet as no flowers at year end are that special. It arrived on time having been easy to order. However I was really disappointed that the vouchers can’t be used at the company’s shops in London.
