Smooth service from beginning to end. The blooms themselves looked incredible on the night - full, romantic and luxurious, with such intense colours - and are still going strong in our home, over a week later!

I would have preferred a more seasonal arrangement selection. All the photos from which I could order only showed summer bouquets.

I reside in Pennsylvania, was trying to send 2 bouquets to friends in London. I emailed Wild at Heart and they responded immediately confirming they would be happy to assist and delivered in both areas. The arrangements were gorgeous, delivered as promised on the desired day, and I was thrilled!! Thank you for excellent customer service and lovely arrangements!!!

Very impressed because florist was able to replicate the arrangement I sent a photo of. And very thankful that they were able to send over a pic of the arrangement before delivery :) Thanks so much!

As above flowers delivered late and when they arrived they were in such a poor state

£130 is a lot of money for dishevelled flowers

THIS WAS A GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER’S BIRTHDAY. SHE WAS DELIGHTED!

After receiving a message to say my delivery would be between 13.04-14.04 very precise you might say
As they where a birthday gift the day was arranged so that the recipient would be there well within the timeframe
So when the flowers actually arrived at 18.40 the afternoon celebration had actually finished and most of the party had left she was just putting her two young children into the car to go home when they where passed to her with no reference to the lateness of the delivery
Upon contacting wild at heart I was told that as they use a third party for delivery they have no control on the time
You would imagine that at the prices they charge you could expect some kind expectation from them as to the quality of the third parties they use but no I was told I could have 20% off my next order 🤣🤣🤣🤣to say the likely hood of my using them again is slim is perhaps an understatement

An absolutely stunning bouquet of hot pink hydrangeas!! I ordered them for my daughter and she was over the moon!!! She took photos and they were truly amazing. Wild at Heart has become my ultimate favorite for sending flowers to my family in the UK. Thank you so very much.

I’m supper happy with customer service. It’s nearly 4 years since I order my flowers for specific occasions by wild at heart and every time they did it the best. 100% recommended if you want to get something perfect in quality,order, delivery and customer service even after delivery.

The flowers were nothing like the ones in the photo

Excellent service always available via phone. (As I was calling from USA) The delivery was spot on and on time to the stage door of the theater where I requested. Would use them again 10/10

Given the price we were very disappointed by the size and quality. The flowers have not lasted which may be a result of heat although we have cut back stems, changed water etc. will not be ordering again.

I don’t appear able to follow a thread in response. So ask I can do is edit my initial post. I am responding to your comment on my trust pilot review. Not sure how I show a picture. I tried to email your PR department but got a response saying this was an unmanned email address ??
My order number is #87495 Attached is a picture of the !£135 bouquet. I really expected something more for that sort of money.
