I submitted my artwork and manuscript, and Kevin even helped correct technical details such as the barcode placement and book spine measurements, which were off by a few millimeters. Payment was simple and secure: half upfront to start production and the remaining balance before shipping. When I asked to see the finished books before shipment, Roger sent me a full video flipping through my book from page 1 to 144, which was above and beyond my expectations.

Shipping to the USA took about 20 days—and my books arrived three days earlier than expected, delivered directly to my doorstep. The delivery driver was fantastic and helped place the entire pallet right in front of my garage.

The packaging was excellent. Not a single book was damaged.
And the quality? Absolutely stellar. The print quality is far superior to overpriced Amazon self-publishing. The colors of my artwork are rich and accurate, the paper feels premium, and the hardcover is solid and high-end. This is exactly what I hoped for—and more.
