This was my second time using Book Printing China for my printing needs. And once again they exceeded my expections. The illustrations in my first book (Fletcher the Fly in a Bee Disguise) were watercolor and the print quality came out fantastic. My second book (Monster Sings) soft pastels were used. I was a bit weary if BPC would achieve the same results as Fletcher. To my surprise they did. I just received my shipment and I couldn't be happier, it looks awesome. Everything was flawless from start to finish thanks to Winnie. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous customer support rep. She is a great asset at BPC, and one of the reasons I will continue using their services in the future.

5-star experience through and through. I worked with Winnie on two new products for our notebook collection. She was very professional throughout the process, communicated clearly and promptly. She navigated our samples, material changes, and liaising with her production team very well. I was hesitant to go with a company outside of my country since I thought it would be more difficult to get answers quickly. I also wondered about the quality of my books since I didn't want them to look cheap etc. They were very patient with me and answered all my questions quickly and fully and even took a video of my test copy so I could see every page to give approval rather than waiting to get one in the mail. I am VERY happy with the final product and the service and the price. Just know that if you don't go with air shipping you will wait about 20-30 days. I knew that going in and planned accordingly. For reference I am located in Canada.

The business of publishing has many nuances. When you are an independent publisher, it is essential that you find partners/companies that you trust and that will help you achieve what is often gate-kept from you. Beautiful prints and materials provide you with the competitive edge of your larger more established corporations. When you are able to go where they go without having to pay extra or mark-ups, then the playing field is fairly leveled. I say all this to say that this is exactly what Book Printing China has done for us. The attention to detail, the customer service, the efficient process, fair pricing, and quick turnaround times are unmatched. I am so thankful to have come into alignment with their business and hope that our relationship is long-lasting and profitable on both ends.

I was looking for a printer to offset print my small volume (3) deluxe edition books but wasn’t sure I could find one without the high Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). While searching I found and started working with BookPrintingChina, best decision I’ve made in a while.

I couldn’t be happier with the books I received from BookPrintingChina. From the very first inquiry, their customer service was exceptional—patient, professional, and incredibly helpful with all my technical questions. Freya was exceptional and led my project from beginning to end, her communication was prompt and dependable and she even helped make decisions with the factory as my books moved through the production process. The print quality is first-rate; the colors are vibrant, the binding is sturdy, and the paper feels premium. I loved the premium features they offered for my deluxe edition like leather binding, gilded edges, hot foil stamping, custom end-pages, ribbon bookmark and head and tail bands. My project was completed even faster than quoted, and the final product looks like something you’d find on a major bookstore shelf. It’s rare to find a company that balances speed, affordability, and high-end results so well. Highly recommend them for any author looking for top-tier quality!

I just printed my second fully illustrated children's book with BookPrinting China and I will definitely be back for a third. They do great work and Winnie was excellent with the customer service.

I mistakenly sent the wrong file for the final mass production, she caught the mistake and printed a sample copy for me to realized that the final file I sent was darker than my original file! Jason was great to work with and quick to respond to emails and questions and was very patient. We emailed many times over almost a year before committing to getting our first print in of 1,000 copies printed ( we secured funding through a Kickstarter). I was so happy to be able to afford multiple test prints of different paper weights before choosing and the right weight. Even the test prints were amazing quality and very reasonably priced! I will be reprinting with them in the near future.

I had an amazing experience with Freya. She was super responsive, kept me in the loop at every stage of my project. I was weary of ordering from abroad at first, but Book Printing China provided a seamless service. I payed a little extra for a proof sample before the bulk order, everything worked out well. We have now placed our third order for our book with Book Printing China and our experience with them and especially with Lynn has been consistently wonderful. Lynn is a pleasure to communicate with. She answers every question, gets back to us quickly and is proactive in sending us updates on the progress of each of our orders. The quality of work done by Book Printing China is exceptional. We had a very detailed, intricate design for the front cover of our 8 x 11.5 hardcover PU leather book which was done to perfection with silver foil stamping. We also wanted our large 640 page book to lay flat which Book Printing China accomplished for us. We had color on almost every page of our book. If we were to have the exact same book printed here in the US the price would have been almost 4x as much. Our experience with Book Printing China has been very positive. We are happy with their customer service, communication and quality of work.
