Coco is excellent to deal with. This is my second time ordering through King Fu and both times are easy and quality is great.

As a picture book author doing offset printing for the first time, I was wary of many things. However, Coco put me at ease with her quick responses, her keen eye, and her careful communication. For example, there was a very light streak of black that my illustrator had accidentally placed in the corner of one of the illustrations. We could barely see it on the digital files, but Coco and her team pointed it out and we were able to fix it quickly.

From the time the files were approved to when the 3000 books arrived here in South Carolina, it was only two and a half months. The books look beautiful and arrived very safely packaged on the pallets.

Coco was incredibly helpful and communicative all the way through the process. For a beginner like me this was truly helpful. The appearance of the picture book, "The Sydney Harbour Fridge", both hardback and soft cover is excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this printing service.

Phoebe & KF printing was amazing from start to finish!! They worked so hard to bring my book to a beautiful completion. They were patient and helpful as we navigated a few sizing issues. I am SO glad I chose King Fu Printing for my projects. Phoebe is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond any and all expectations I had. She helped me format my illustrations to the correct size for printing, convert to cmyk, even (as I am a YouTuber) took a series of really high quality video clips of my books printing during all stages of printing. Could not possibly be more happy with the experience of working with her and I hope that my book sells out soon for the opportunity to work with her again on my next book!

I found the company professional, particularly Bill! As a self publisher who was also formatting a book for the first time, it was such a relief to have a printer who was willing to hold my hand through the process. Bill was very patient and helpful in getting the measurements right. He was also very prompt with communicating through our the process. I'm glad I choose them as my printers. My books arrived in high quality and well finished. So far no issues with any one I've opened.

My previous book printer went out of business during the pandemic. Fortunately I was able to find King Fu Color Printing through Coco.

I am a one woman show and have had 2 print runs of 500 books with Kung Fu Printing.
Although I am a small production I felt very valued as a customer. They assisted in my print layout which was not expected but I appreciated very much.
Communication was instant and very helpful every step if the process.
I am extremely happy with the finished book, excellent quality and packaged very well. I especially like the enclosed binding technique.
Tax and delivery cost was included in the total price so no unexpected extra costs.
I would definitely recommend KungFu printing and look forward to printing more books with them soon.

I regret having to write a negative review, but I hope this helps others when working with King Fu Color Printing in Shenzhen, China. I ordered an A5 journal from them and went through the full process of reviewing files and approving proofs. The representative I worked with was kind and helpful, and the proof looked excellent, so I approved production. However, upon receiving the books, I discovered that in the one box I initially opened, a large number of pages in each book were printed or assembled at a severe angle. When I raised this issue, I was told it was "standard" and a result of printing variance. I’ve been in the printing industry for years and understand the concept of minor shifts, but this was far beyond acceptable. My journal design includes borders on many pages—a common feature—which made the misalignment glaringly obvious. There are endless notebooks, journals, etc. with lines that need to be straight for the customer to actually use the product. Despite numerous attempts to seek customer support of the poor print quality, I received only excuses for the angled printing. No one from King Fu Color Printing other than this one person full of excuses has responded to my requests for assistance. As a small business owner, this has been a significant financial setback, forcing me to discard 75% of the books in each box. Unfortunately, this experience has shown me that this company is not a supportive or reliable partner, please beware of working with them.

Company was clear with the prices from the beginning which I appreciated. The company did quality work and ran thorough check of the files before printing the book. Customer service was quick to replay to any questions via email. Books arrived earlier than originally anticipated. Overall, very happy with customer service and quality.

Quality has been consistently good, and any small defects has been contained to somewhere between 1/1000 to 1/10000.

They even accommodated our requests to help with unrelated logistsics and transport.

Overall a great experience and we will keep using them.

The quality of the printing, binding and debossing was great. When the books arrived they were packed in boxes specifically fit for each size (we had PU leather books and paperback) and wrapped in plastic to protect from any contamination. All done to very high quality.

And our Rep, Coco, was just great. She worked with us through some problems we had, got us sample prints, worked with us on the cover design. Just wonderful customer service.

I can fully endorse these people as a good place to get your book printing needs met.
