Great Customer Service from Megan
I actually contacted preloved to cancel my membership, which I had had to sell a camper van.
I sent my email into the ether without much hope of a reply...
The representative, Megan, was in contact the following day and hadn't questioned anything, had just done what I asked.
Also, she was extremely polite.
Very refreshing.
Thank you for great customer service, even when you didn't benefit from it!

Found our puppy
Found our puppy. 1 year with him and he's absolutely part of the family. Site was easy to use. Cancelled our membership for now, lovely lady named Sally sorted things out. We may come back to the site for a future pet.

I had lost track of who and what I was subscribing too and noticed a payment coming out of my bank account. I contacted the company Pre-loved via their online contact and within a day or two I had a response explaining what the payment was and how I could cancel it inline if I no longer needed it. Due to nit having the App anymore I replied and asked if they could cancel it on my behalft. Again within a day or two they repliedvadvising me that they had cancelled my subscription and could still use their site until my expiry date. The process was so easy without any hard sell to keep my subscription and many thanks to Megan.

Membership auto renews without any warning.
Just beware that they will auto renew your subscription and take the money out of your account without any prior warning, unlike most companies that will send a reminder email.

I joined Preloved a number of years…
I joined Preloved a number of years ago. After I moved and my Parents moved and subsequently died. We had a lot of stuff to clear. I found Preloved a very easy site to follow and had some success. Everyone was very pleasant that purchased from us. Things quietened down for a while, then I needed to use Preloved. This time I found it more complicated. The number of adverts that obliterate things for sale is rediculous. I decided it wasn’t the best option for selling or for buying. Shame I liked it.

No response from seller
I sent a message to an advertisement on Preloved and received no response on two occasions.
Tommy from Preloved classifieds very promptly contacted the seller and reminded them of their responsibilities.
I have still not received a response but at least Preloved did their bit.

I have used Preloved for nearly 10…
I have used Preloved for nearly 10 years and it's my goto site if looking for something or selling. No commission taken (just an extremely modest annual subscription) and talking direct to the seller or buyer - none of this thing of a middle person taking a cut!

Preloved most disappointing site I've used In my life! So stressful and the biggest headache! Do not recommend! To activate the advert you have to email, only to be told you need to upgrade to a business plan. Closed my account this site has always been a problem.
