Excellent customer service!
Sorted out some issues that I had very kindly and quickly.

It's been three months since I sent my package back for a refund of £70. Company is YET to issue me a refund. I've been trying to contact them back and forth via email to where I stopped receiving replies, I tried through insta messages and the only way I could get them to reply is by commenting on their posts to grab their attention. I still haven't received by refund till this day. My friend has also had issues with this company. It's become very frustrating. The customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. Please think twice before purchasing from them. Not worth the headache.

I ordered a dress from this site and needed to exchange it due to it being the wring size. I was told to return the dress to them within 3 days otherwise they wouldn't exchange it for me so I did and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the exchange. The team keep saying the same thing "that they will look into it " but no product has been dispatched to me. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT PURCHASE.

don't ever purchase from this company they are a scam and do not deliver, they steal your money and customer service does not exist

Woow can I just say I’ve received the ice blooms abaya in blue and I’m in love! I’ve ordered from you previously before and have always been fond of your products! I’ve also ordered the scarfs which are great quality. I always receive so many compliments when wearing your clothing! Also the delivery was so quick! Keep up the great work guys!

I bought a dress from Podur. So the dress that i bought was not arrived. I contatced them trought by mail.

They reply my mails always and so kindly after all the research about my package. Podur sent me a new dress with express sending! (So i got my package on time) and they did! It's nice and kindly that they offer service.

The dress that i got is so nice so beautifull! I will recommend every person who loves dresses/abaya's

I recently purchased a Podur dress from their new collection. The dress size I ordered was a bit small for me so I contacted customer service for advice. I do not usually trust small businesses as I have had really bad experiences in the past, but I can say that the customer service was great. They guided me through the exchange process and advised me on the correct size. I have been a follower of Podur from the early days and finally worked up the courage to order from them and I must say I will definitely be ordering again. The quality of the outfit was definitely worth the price.

No refund. It has been a month. Besides that, on the pictures the dresses have a silky look but in real life it’s cheap polyester fabric.

I liked the dress, but it was too small. I have returned almost 3 months ago and still no refund! I will not place any new orders if I dont receive my refund. I do not recommend this webshop at all!

I was initially worried about ordering from this company based on previous reviews as I needed to return some items which were too big for me. Thankfully my worries were unfounded and the company was professional and courteous in handling my return promptly. I also ordered the Luna dress which seems pricy but looks really good and expensive on and doesn't have that same "tacky" look certain satin dresses can have when buying from fast fashion retailers. I felt really glamorous and the dress fit me very well (I am 5"4 and 110 lbs). It's a very versatile dress, you can wear this to a Western summer wedding and also pair it with a heavy printed dupatta worn over the shoulder/around waist for a glamorous desi event. I don't think this will be my last order with this company.

The quality of these dresses are absolutely amazing. Absolutely love the design, material and fitting, my only complaint with this company is that they don’t have more dresses for me to buy. There was a system error where I ordered a dress that was out of stock, after long receiving one of the dresses I ordered I contacted customer services, they dealt with the situation within 24hours very professional and issued a refund. Will definitely be shopping here again and definitely recommend, the dresses are stunning.

I ordered the dulce abaya with gift packaging earlier this week and it arrived this morning! It is so beautiful and even better than it looked online! Absolutely love the material and the packaging was so nicely done! Really happy with the order and the quick response from customer service with enquiries.

I ordered this for a friend's wedding gift but I will most definitely be ordering for myself in the future!

I don’t recommend this company when you live outside the UK. I live in Belgium and when I received my dress it wasn’t like the picture, it’s poor quality and didn’t look nice. I returned the dress and now they won’t return me my money. I’ve been contacting them for so long and they keep making excuses or repeating the same questions. The dresses are expensive. So if you’re not sure about the size or whatever, don’t buy here. You won’t get your money back.
