Got the Lilly dress. For AUD$225 I expected better quality. I’ve bought dresses from other brands for this price and there is at least lining…
It’s complete see through. Their models must wear a slip under.
Also the stitching is not done to a quality standard. The dress is worth probably AUD$100 maximum.

Got sooo many compliments on my lilly dress! It fit perfectly, the quality is great, and very comfortable. My dress took a bit of time to ship so I reached out to customer service and they were so helpful! My dress was delivered asap in time for my event

I ordered from Podur a week and a half before my event, size 12 for my graduation, I had my eye on Podur for so long as their designs fitted perfectly with my vision. When it arrived and tried it on I couldn’t even bring the two pieces of fabric together to close the zip!! It was that small across the chest. I decided to size up 2x and still the 16 was a struggle! I had to alter the dress last min. I honestly thought with PODUR being a ‘modest’ store, dresses would have more room on top of your actual size but instead it’s the complete opposite. The size 12 for this particular dress would most likely fit a 6/8. I honestly think the dresses are made and any size label is put on!In addition to this the belts are sewn on so even if one decided to make it slightly modest there wouldn’t be an option for that. PODUR are providing for ladies who need that extra room around the chest area so if you need that know that their products aren’t for us! Regardless of how gorgeous their designs are I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who has curves cause it’s just not for us.

The customer service for PODUR have been nothing but excellent! I didn’t receive my package and reached out. They were swift and informative with their approach, helping me immensely through a stressful time. I highly recommend them and their clothing is absolutely stunning!!

Creating beautifully crafted flattering fashion, I receive numerous compliments each time I wear Podur garments and have made several recommendations. The customer service is five star and responses are received within 24 hours.

I ordered 2 dresses from this website and had gotten a confirmation email for this order. I waited 3 weeks for my package to come and I still had not received the dresses. When I reached out to podur to check why there was a delay, they proceeded to tell me that they made a mistake and that they actually did not have one of my dresses in stock. I then reached out to request a refund and I have had no response. It has been 5 days that I have been waiting for a reply. Absolutely horrible customer service with no value for customer satisfaction. I will not be purchasing from this website again.

I bought a dress from PODUR and still hadn't received an email confirming that it had been shipped. I emailed them asking about this and they replied that they didn't actually have it in. So I had paid for a dress and after that they told me they didn't actually have it stock. I replied to this email within minutes requesting a full refund since I wanted my money back and I have not heard from them since. It has been days now and there is no other way to get into touch with customer service.

Do not order from them. Their customer service is non-existent and I'm pretty sure their company is a scam.

Don't order from this site, they promise international delivery but in the end you will never receive your package!
I placed an order for the eid, it was promised a few days delivery, 3 weeks later, I still haven't received my package.
I think they still haven't sent my package to DHL express, it's unacceptable.
It looks like a scam!

The exchange system is not clear as the company did not state there would be delay due to Eid orders. Considering they are still doing next day ship they easily could have sorted my exchange goes to show what their priorities are.

The packaging was very nice, and shipping was quick too. However, I purchased an abaya for £85 only for it to be semi-see through (if you were to stand in the sunlight, you would be able to see the complete shape of the legs). Even if you put your hand under the fabric it will show through. It is unlined, the stitching of the aplique will rub against your skin. I would have returned it, but after reading other reviews I didn't want to risk my money not being returned. Very disappointed. my little sister's abaya, on the other hand, was actually better quality, still a bit see through, but much nicer.

Literally been 4 months now ordered two dresses value altogether 350.00 AUD
Contacted company IMMEDIATELY after one dress arrived worn and fabric frayed and balled on under arm sleeve,
Second dress had stitching across neckline like a 2 year old sewed it
Company too a month at a time to respond after 3 months and a PayPal dispute I FINALLY got an email back saying my dress would be exchanged this did not happen it’s been 4 months my last email response was this as you can see the date of this.. it is now the 02.04.23 and I am still waiting

I placed an order for 389€ so that’s £342 and nothing was right the dresses were very different from the photos, not the same colour, too short, too tight I was looking for long dresses and quite wide so I took a size above, the quality is bad and the finishes too. I then contacted the customer service to return the dresses and I request a refund and not a credit store. I am told agree your request will be processed and since this day no news. I try to contact them for almost 3 months to get my money back I am really tired of this situation. Customer service is wasting my time, don’t order from them!!!

I love every single piece I have purchased from podur! I wear them on a regular basis, and they're still in perfect condition. They’re so beautifully made, I get compliments each time, and the quality is honestly impeccable, 100% worth the purchase. Their customer service team has also been super helpful and responsive each time I've reached out.

Had some questions about sizing and got immediate and proper answers. The online staff were so accommodating and attentive! When the package arrived it was wrapped beautifully and perfectly safe. And the dress it self was absolutely marvellous! Have ordered several Podur dresses and hijabs, and have always been more than satisfied!
