My experience with Aaliya Collections…

My experience with Aaliya Collections has been fantastic. I’ve needed to go through the exchange and return process a few times, and each time the team handled it efficiently with quick, helpful responses. The abayas are of excellent quality, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. Highly recommend!

Breathable umrah abayas

Purchased a few of the umrah abayas. Was perfectly cooling material in the harsh Mecca sun. I'm a very hot person so always need breathable fabric to keep me cool. These were perfect.

Cheap products that aren’t true to size, no or bad customer service, scammers. May Allah curse the people who scam others out of their hard earned money

Genuine and authentic abayas with quality service

This company genuinely one of the best when it comes to quality and service. Their abayas are unique and hold a distinction of their own. I have been approached and complimented many times on the abayas. Above all the customer service is where this company gives you a personalised experience. Always respectful and willing to hear the customer’s point of view. You won’t go wrong purchasing from them

Poor customer service response for refund

Quality does not match prices. Customer service response are slow regarding refunding upon providing proof of postage and receipt of return. They expect a quick turn around for return but unfortunately donot provide this for customer’s refund. Due to them not responding after providing proof of return i have now raised this as a dispute with my card company. Due to their poor return service i will not use them again.

We are sorry for the delay in our service, however we did not ignore your emails, as you have said in your review, our responses have been delayed and for this we do apologise.

Out of a £93 order, you had returned one item totalling £24.99 but have opened a chargeback of the entire order, which means not only has the whole amount been deducted from us, but a further fee of £10 for the chargeback.

We have emailed you a few times which have all sadly been ignored.

We hope you can email us back to rectify this situation.

Poor customer service

I’ve shopped with Aaliya Collections on several occasions and had no major issues. However, my recent experience with the Sana abaya left me very disappointed. The product image on their website is extremely unclear, I genuinely thought the abaya featured sequins, only to find it was embroidered when it arrived. I even asked a friend for her opinion before ordering, and she agreed the image was misleading.

I decided to go ahead with the order anyway because their returns policy clearly stated that returns are accepted on unworn, non-sale items with tags. When the abaya arrived, it was in plastic wrap and had no tags at all. I emailed them less than 24 hours after receiving it, explaining I wasn’t happy with the item and wanted to return it. I also clearly mentioned at that point that it arrived without tags.

While they did eventually agree to process the refund, the customer service I received was very poor. Instead of acknowledging a possible oversight, I was subtly accused of removing the tags myself. I felt this was unnecessary and dismissive. I wasn’t being rude or aggressive in my emails, just honest. Mistakes happen — but suggesting it’s impossible they sent an item without tags, and that I must have done something wrong, felt like gaslighting.

I expect better from any business, especially one that relies heavily on customer trust and online sales. A sincere apology and accountability would have gone a long way. Instead, I left the experience feeling like I was being blamed for something that wasn’t my fault. I hope they review how they speak to loyal customers in the future and consider better quality control and internal tracking to prevent this kind of thing.

We did however very promptly issue you a refund to this order after the misunderstanding was cleared - within half hour of your email being received.

We also did acknowlege there was a clear misunderstanding and this was an error from our part.

I bough 2 Ihraam for my grand sons for…

I bough 2 Ihraam for my grand sons for umrah and 1 of them the bottom was broken when we took it out of the packaging we saw that. I emailed them and they did not even bother to reply for show concerns and my grand son had to wear the defect ihram for umrah.

Order not delivered
