BEWARE - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

I placed an order with them on 12th December 2024 for 2 items for my son. After numerous emails to them, I was informed that the package was in transit and they would send me a tracking ref - nothing! Finally last week part of the items arrived BUT still I wait for the other.
Again, I have emailed and now all I get is there generated message from their support - Dear Customer,

I ordered trapstar coat around 19th…

I ordered trapstar coat around 19th December it’s now MARCH 2025 paid £200+ still haven’t received my coat and I have contacted numerous times the customer service is outrageous I’ll never get my money back the whole website is a scam I expect a answer ASAP

Awful customer service & fake items

Awful customer service, tried to cancel my order within 24 hours, as stated on the returns and cancellation policy, had no response. They then said they could not cancel as my order had been processed, I then emailed & messaged on instagram regarding me wanting a return on my order, again to no response. I wanted a return and my item is not the right size, I also have reason to believe this item is fake. I have since taken this up with my bank due to the lack of customer service provided

Load of garbage this website wish a…

Load of garbage this website wish a knew it was fake straight away! When I placed my order the tracking doesn’t up you get given envri for tracking but a royal mail tracking id the id doesn’t change it anything just said royal mail awaiting product you will never receive it. Contacted my bank straight away got my refund do NOT BUY

outstanding customer service

Shipping was faster than I expected, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I even reached out to customer service with a question about sizing, and they were super helpful and quick to respond.

If you’re into streetwear that stands out, Stylvault is the place to shop. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!
