I'm not a person who would generally order an outfit online and certainly not for an occasion such as Eid. Nevertheless, the satisfaction we have with the simple yet effective 'pine dress' ordered for my daughter has lead me to order another for myself from the Podur range. The dress not only arrived on time, the package was beautiful too, most importantly, the fit is perfect with a neat and clean finish. The brand identity sits on one sleeve in style, compliments the simplicity of today's subtle choices.
Being a tailor myself in the past, I can clearly see the care and attention put into the cut and design of each outfit hence it meet good standards in terms of both quality fabric and stitch.
Above all, the company has employed talented skilled young people in a small village in Sri Lanka, given the opportunity to work. This gives the reassurance your money is going to the right place.
Podur surely has allowed me to highly recommend them with confidence.

Excellent customer service! Returned a dress from Sweden without a tracking code, and apparently the package got lost somehow. The company kept in touch with me until we found the package and they gave me a full refund - even though they received the package 1-2 weeks later than what their return policy required.

Would definitely recommend their company. And the dresses are high quality.

I am very happy with the item I received, excellent quality, the sizing was a bit small for me so I exchanged, the process was pretty easy and happened fast. Customer service replied within the 24 hour window which I don’t find for many other websites. I will definitely be ordering again!

I would give this company minus 5 stars if i could. I returned my item via a tracking service almost a month ago, I've emailed them several times asking them when they will process my refund and as ignorant as this company owner is she just cant be bothered with updating customers at all. They take the money happily and without any hesitation but when it comes to contact after that you may as well not exist! STILL WAITING FOR AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF SOME KIND LET ALONE THE REFUND. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SUCH A TERRIBLE COMPANY EVER AGAIN. DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Exceptionally poor customer service and clothing quality.

I ordered 5 hijabs from them and the quality was terrible for the price. So I decided to return them. its been nearly 2 months and the return has not been processed and no news from them since even tho I have tracking confirmation that the parcel has reached them. I have emailed about 10 times and I haven't had a response.

Meanwhile, they are going along with promoting their new collection but cant return customers their money.

Quick to take your money slow to return it.

Ordered two abayas both poor quality not worth the price they slap on (try to be middle market but poor satin materials used)

Anyway I sent them back promptly and requested a refund. Been waiting for a month for money to be returned. They claim they haven’t received my items to process refund but I have tracking which proves they received them back in March!

How can they still be taking orders and delivering items as normal during this ‘pandemic delay’ but not fulfilling refunds for faulty items?

If my money is not returned soon I’ll be taking measures to escalate...

I ordered a dress the 1st of March and I was going to wear the dress the 14th of March. When is was the 9th of March I still haven’t received any confirmation nor shipping emails, however they took the money from my bank account. I was very upset and they took couple of days before they answered my emails. I placed a second order, the same dress of course because I really needed the dress for a wedding. I told them that it is illegal to take money from a bank account without giving any information to the customer, and I therefore will demand a refund on the first order because of the circumstances. When I finally received the first order I returned it and got a receipt of it which I send to Podur. It is now the 12th of APRIL and I still have not received my refund nor a email even though I can see with my tracking number the packet was out of delivery the 8th of April. I am VERY sad about the treatment I have received by Podur and I hope they soon til give me my refund.

Still waiting for an update of an order I placed on 9th February. Quicking in cashing. Service not that much! Send several e mails and dms through instagram. No upodate whatsoever
