Es un abuso/robo NO pienso jugar ni un solo partido en esta aplicación Padel&Padel era infinitamente mejor.

Just had ‘Thomas’ from ‘NatWest Fraud Team’ (he is NOT NatWest) trying to get me to authorise £200 payment to Playtomic IO! It was a scam from the believable ‘Thomas’ who eventually gave up when he realised I wasn’t going to play ball.

Do not use Playtomic!. We booked and paid for a court via them. There where no available court at the club. Playtomic refuses to refund the money they charged us blaiming the club etc.

I need to get in contact with an human being and not a robot, but that is impossible.Useless customer service!!!!

They've never refunded a deposit for a court booking. Their support is absolutely useless. I provided all the documents they requested (transaction info, bank statement) but they said no, it's not our fault. I highly recommend not to use your bank card when paying for something via this app

La atención al cliente es nefasta, se limitan a un chat con un robot y a unas cuántas personas con poder muy limitado.
Por ejemplo si cometes un error y reservas una pista como evento privado,no te permiten modificar a evento abierto, y si no encuentras jugadores de tu lista a tiempo pagas la pista al completo. De la otra forma, todo el mundo podría ver tu partido y sería más fácil encontrar gente.

Por otro lado, un tema bastante grave a mi parecer, es que CREO que la propia empresa crea perfiles falsos de mujeres para incentivar que la gente se apunte a los partidos. En mi zona hay dos perfiles falsos de mujer, con 0 partidos jugados y que prácticamente a diario aparecen en partidos creados para que te apuntes. A mi parecer una práctica bastante desleal. He reportado en varias ocasiones estos perfiles y hablado con atención al cliente y sigue igual.

This is by far the greediest sports app on the market. Please, whoever has the energy, break down this monopoly that is in charge of this miserable application. UX and UI are horrendous and yet they have the guts to ask 50 eur for a yearly membership.

Abbiamo prenotato un campo a Rivoli in via pisa non ci hanno detto che era all aperto alle 9.30 il campo era bagnato impraticabile non c'era il gestore non restituiscono i soldi e non ci fanno rigiocare non Esistono mail per scrivere molto scorretti

I paid for a levelling session and it's been over 2 months and still haven't received a level. Playtomic have admitted it's a process issue but have refused to resolve it. Here is a quote: "I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing. I understand how frustrating it must be to have paid for a service and not see the results you expected. It's certainly not the experience we want for our valued users, and I'm really sorry you're having to chase this issue."

I've been chasing Playtomic, the club and even the personal WhatsApp number of the coach. Each one blames each other, at this point they've just taken my money and not given what I paid for. I've filed a dispute with Amex.

Unilaterally changed the leveling process so now after leveling you go back to only 50% reliability! which completely defeats the purpose of doing a leveling in the first place! Instead now level wildly fluctuating after every game.

Devo segnalare scarsa predisposizione nel risolvere problematiche dei clienti (con account premium). Nella chat di assistenza ti riportano le policy Playtomic che sono mono direzionali.
Nel senso, tu paghi per un servizio, se hai problematiche noi con capitoletto della policy demandiamo ai giocatori o al centro.
In alcuni casi senti il centro e ti conferma invece di sentirti con Playtomic e che loro non possono farci nulla.
Poca trasparenza nel servizio clienti e risoluzione problematiche

Es completamente abusivo que la cancelación de una reserva tenga un doble coste, ya que te aplican costes de cancelación de reservas y también costes de servicios. Esperemos que pronto aparezca una nueva aplicación que no cobre dos veces por el mismo servicio.

Shocking. No way of contacting them other than the help chat. I cancelled a court and didn’t receive my £21 back. They keep saying it is refunded and to contact my bank with a STAN number. Called my bank, they need a faster payment reference number for payments within the UK or UETR number for outside which I think this is Madrid. Back onto Playtomic but they just said the same again so looks like there is no hope getting refunds with these guys…

Same as everyone else here- getting scammed by Ray in customer services. I have a pending payment and was booked into a match I never signed up for. He refused my attempts at formal complaints and escalation after ignoring my initial attempts to seek resolution. This company are a bunch of a scammers, and unable to solve even basic customer service issues.

I booked the court and paid my part (13eur).
my mate paid the remaining balance at the court (39eur).
Match ended and I was charged the same amount on the app.
I contacted support Ray (ticket 100065) and they told me that this happened cause the payment had not been recorded within 2 hours after the match ended at the court
So they do not even check with the court (maybe an email/call would do)
I tried to contact the court but no response

En caso de tener un problema con reserva se desentienden del problema y te responden que la gestión de la reclamación depende del club

servicio al cliente pesimo, no dan solucion al problema. Viajo a una ciudad por trabajo, planifico un padel pero lluve 30mins antes de la reserva...no devuelven el dinero ni te hacen un vale para playtomic, solo un vale para el mismo club, ¿de qué sirve el servicio al cliente de la empresa?

Domingo 8/09 no pudimos jugar y día de hoy ni el club ni PlayTomic nos ha devuelto el dinero. Nadie quiere hacerse responsable.
Nosotros nos hemos quedado sin jugar y sin nuestro dinero.

Esta aplicación hay muchas cosas que deberían mejorar.

Y principalmente contestar a las críticas en Truspsilot que son todas negativas y solucionar los problemas de los clientes.

No voy a recomendar para nada esta aplicación.

Non conosco una persona che parli bene di playtomic, tant'è che siamo tornati a prenotare telefonicamente direttamente alla reception del club.
Era meglio se si fossero fatti comprare loro da sportclabby e non viceversa.
