La atención al cliente simplemente no existe, estoy intentando denunciar un intento de estafa a través del chat entre jugadores y no hay manera de contactar con un agente. Sólo puedes escribir en un chat IA que no da ninguna solución y te bloquea el paso a hablar con una persona. Con Playtomic como tengas un problema no cuentes con que te solucionen nada, es lo peor

Habe einen Platz gebucht mit wellpass und meine Freunde hinzugefügt die auch einen Wellpass haben. Vor Ort hat sich jeder brav eingecheckt mit dem Wellpass und jetzt sehe ich im Konto, dass mir 4x9,50€ abgebucht wurden! und dann chatte ich mit einer Ki die dann nachdem ich umständlich ganz viele Daten undTransaktionsnummern eingetragen habe meint dass ich mich in 2 Tagen wieder melden solle. Das ist komplett ärgerlich und unseriös. Habe jetzt über die Bank die Buchung reklamiert. Unglaublich!

He utilizado está aplicación durante varios años y ahora parece que no sepa utilizarla.
Somos varios jugadores que estamos igual des de que hicieron una portabilidad a un nuevo sistema de reservas

I signed up and payed for an open match through the Playtomic app. All four players showed up, but the club (Golf Santander, in Madrid) did not allow one of them to enter the court because she did not have a proper form of ID.

I tried to ask playtomic for a refund, but their unhelpful chatbots kept telling me that I could not get a refund because I had cancelled the match less than 24h in advance, despite I had not cancelled the match! Eventually, I could get through to what seemed like a person by email, but they insisted that they were not responsible for any problems with the match.

Playtomic told me that I should ask the club to refund them, and then they would refund me.

Ik weet niet wat er aan de hand is met de site, maar is heel traag en valt de hele tijd uit. Zo is er niet te boeken.

Varían las comisiones de reserva cuando quieren. Se aprovechan de su monopolio

Terrible app, pathetic user experience and even worse customer service!

I haven't been able to add a card to my account for months now so was forced to use G Pay. Yesterday a player didn't pay for their portion of a game that I created, and the only way that I can pay for it is by card. Subsequently I can't book any games as you aren't allowed to pay for a new game until previous debt is settled

horrible or lets say non existent customer service. signed up for an open match the guys who created the match didnt show up. the app when you try to report through bought says technical error. when you ask to connect to human it just doesnt respond after saying i will connect you to my colleague. when i emailed the issue they just replied back ticket is being closed. horrible really whoever is running this app

Playtomic is one of the worst apps I have ever used. I really don't understand why it is so popular. The poor quality of the app is clearly the developers' responsibility.

They sent us an access code for the court we had reserved, but the code did not work. We drove for about 30 minutes to get there, but we could not enter the facility because of their mistake.

It was impossible to reach a live customer support agent, and we did not receive a refund either.

A very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I do not recommend this app.

Cuando una pareja no se presenta a un partido no hay manera de solicitar el reembolso, el soporte de la aplicación no sirve para nada, no resuelve nada

Awful customer Service , after sales is shocking.
Loads of chatbots , you get an account manager assigned to you but never gets in contact with you until you express your going to leave.

Constantly chasing up this really low standard service wish we never went with them now! we have courts that we cant check to see whos booking and now have been unable to even gain access to our own account.

no one ever is around to help except chatbots and am really upset with the low level of care. unless this changes will go with another provider.

since setting this account up 2 weeks ago we have had not but problems and 80% of it the stress etc is down to this software not working and Bots giving wrong information and no one helping or checking if everythings ok once in a while and now we seem to have totally lost touch like we have gone into the ether.

Please can someone an actual human that knows what they are doing contact us Many Thanks

Awful. When someone cancels a session the refunds are never issued and the chatbot crashes when you ask for it. Just gobbles up money for sessions you never have.

Truly the worst app with the worst AI Slop chat bot. You never get help or your issue resolved. If only a competitive alternative can be designed.

Charged £55 for an annual subscription thats not clear at all what it does as you have to then book on top - very misleading. Support only allows to an AI bot that says as subscription through Apple, Apple don't understand how the App works and therefore are unclear how to refund. I can't speak to anyone about the issue

Would give it lower if I could.
Makes a farce out of booking. I’m still £36 out of pockets days after the match. Everyone paid their fee, the game went ahead but no refund of the remainder of the £48 I’m owed.
The courts I use would be better off letting you book directly with them instead of using this shockingly designed app.
The rating of your “ability” is also an absolute farce.
This app is the ONLY thing about Padel I don’t like!

Awful experience. No way of speaking to an actual human, always get sent back to chat bot.

I am extremely disappointed with Playtomic. I booked a court for 2 hours and paid my share as expected, but in the end I was charged THREE TIMES the amount without any clear explanation.

This is completely unacceptable and feels misleading. A booking platform should be transparent and reliable, not charge users random extra fees after the fact.

I cannot recommend using this app to anyone. Be very careful, or better yet, avoid it altogether.

Shockingly bad. No user testing obviously. I book a lesson and Playtomic cancel my lesson due to a glitch? Not my club cancel it; playtomic did. Only found out after driving 35 minutes to get to the club.

Seriously poor. I now understand why a lot of Spanish clubs have their own club apps.

Its horrible. Things Go wrong. You can only Chat with an ai bot who can’t solve it.
Then they Write You to contact them in order to solve your issues and again you can only contact their bot….. pfffff
