Royal Grand Sharm: Potentialet for en god afslappende ferie er tilstede. Faciliteterne, værelser, pools er fine og lever stort set op til forventningerne. Mad og drikke kunne godt opgraderes. Navnlig snacks om eftermiddagen og alle drikkevarer kunne godt klare et kvalitetsløft.
Ferien blev dog ødelagt af konstant høj musik fra 10 formiddag til 23 aften, som man ikke kunne flygte fra. Det var umuligt at sove, hvile, tale sammen, læse, høre egen musik eller podcasts. Lyden fra mikrofoner, hvor animations-holdet råbte dagen lang og vanvittig techno invaderede alting. Rejseselskabet (Apollo) havde ikke orienteret om det i annoncen.
Skal man slappe af, skal man IKKE vælge Royal Grand Sharm, Pickalbatros.

Un posto meraviglioso, rilassante e accogliente. Il cibo delizioso ma soprattutto lo staff, molto disponibile e cordiale. Un apprezzamento in particolare per il direttore, il sig Magdi, estremamente gentile, ha fatto gli onori di “casa” con estrema professionalità! Tornerò presto

Royal Moderna resort in Sharm El Sheikh. Excellent all round, food service, cleanliness. Very satisfied with our stay.
A couple of suggestions I would like to feedback on is, double/king beds for couples rather than 'twin' beds. Also, where a masjid is available for prayer on site, please advise guests, or advertise with signage.

Wij verbleven in Aqua Vista Resort in hurgada. Dit was de tweede keer voor ons. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Met name het personeel van de White bar. Ze doen er alles aan om het naar de zin te maken. Kamers waren groot en erg netjes. Werden elke dag grondig schoongemaakt. Keuze genoeg in de verschillende restaurants.

Not a 5 Star

We stayed at White Beach Hurgada for a week. Average food, reception and standards. Most people weren’t interested in giving good service. Waste of money!

Omgivelserne var smukke og der var mange pools at vælge imellem. Hvis man ikke havde lyst til at være i nærheden af djen og musikken kunne man nemt vælge en anden pool. (Deres dj var enorm dygtig og spillet god blandet musik!)

Maden var fantastisk. Det marokkanske cuisine kunne vi ikke få nok af.
Deres hamam spa afdeling var okay, men massøren jeg fik var rigtig kompetent og behagelig.
Der var børne vandland, kids club, og aften underholdning til både børn og voksne. Vores 4årig datter havde det i hvert fald rigtig sjovt :)
Stranden var også fin.

Hotellets standard var rimelig og meget ren.

Vi kunne sagtens finde på at komme igen.

Gav os den mest dårligst behandling.
De tog 325 dorlas ekstra for en ekstra baby seng på værelset, de havde myre i værelserne, maden ekstrem dårligt.
Hani som er lederen af receptionen, løg for os.
Han fortæller mig at der maks må være 4 gæster på en værelse begrund af sikkerhed, men ved betaling af 325 dorlas så måtte der gerne?????
I der childen police måtte der komme 1 gæst gratis med ind på værelset og derfor skrev vi 4 gæster på selvom vi var 5 , den sidste er en 2 årig barn.
Han fortalte os at hvis vi var 4 person total så måtte den sidste være gratis, men fordi vi er 5 så var den sidste ikke gratis, fordi værelset måtte der ikke opholdes 5, men hvis jeg betalte 325 dorlas så måtte min 2 årig barn gerne.
Meget dårlig oplevelse, vil anbefale at hold jer langt væk.

Went last year stayed at jungle aqua Park people was great really sad to leave.went for ten days this time people was ignorant rude no hospitality whatsoever food wasn't up to scratch really not happy.

Wunderschönes Familie Hotel
War schon einigemale im Aqua Blu und ich bin immer wieder fasziniert von der Freundlichkeit und der Hilfsbereitschaft jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters. Die Anlage ist riesig aber so gebaut das man sich nicht verirren kann. Die wunderschönen angelegten Grünflächen mit Verschiedensten Blumen,Sträuchern und Palmen sind immer wieder ein toller Anblick.
Das Essen war immer ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Den besten Kaffee bekommt man in der Columbus Bar, die Jungs dort geben sich jedesmal immer Mühe und nehmen sich für jeden einzelnen Kaffee Zeit.
Wir hatten ein familienzimmer mit separater Tür, es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, sowie täglich frische Handtücher, Wasser und kaffeebar wurde täglich gefüllt.
Fazit: Es war wieder ein Traum

Vi har nu besøgt hotel Albatros Royal Grand Sharm i Sharm el Sheik.
Vi har været der 13 gange før og har altid været tilfredse.
Alt var som det plejede at være mht. personale, mad og rengøring.
Hotellet var blevet renoveret uden for, nye restauranter, nye terrasser, nye barer.
Men musikken var der skruet op for. Fra kl. 10 formiddag til 23 aften var der musik.
Med enkelte pauser kørte det konstant og det var i et lydniveau, der gjorde det umuligt at føre en almindelig samtale, hvis man var ved den store poll.
Vi rykkede op til poolen på første sal. Her var det næsten det samme. Ofte umuligt at samtale, læse eller høre sin egen musik.
En dag var der skumparty i poolen på første sal. Vi fik at vi at hvis vi ville have fred, så kunne vi rykke ned på stranden.
Vi skulle så rykke ned i det fjerneste hjørne.
Om aftenen var der fest, godt nok kun til kl. 23, men musikken, især bassen, trængte igennem alt.
Det er tydeligt at hotellet satser på de unge og ikke længere har plads til os, som vil have en uges fred og afslapning.
Ærgerligt.

Jungle Aqua Park, Hurghada, Egypt- just returned from this dump and wont be returning. Certainly isnt a 4 star hotel, maybe in Egypt but not in UK standards. The only good things I can think of mentioning are the slides, new room (bungalow) and the room cleaner, everything else is shocking.
This hotel is aimed mainly at Germans, awful rude, thick, ignorant people.

Went in march to pick Albatros palace in Sharm el Sheikh. Nice service en Friendly Mahmoud attia at the poolbar.

Honestly I would never visit Aqua Blu again.
Long story short... Room was partly undecorated and covered in filler ( they call it putty, if you go anywhere near it you will get covered in white stuff) when I mentioned it they said ok we paint now, unfortunately I'm highly allergic to paint so after alot of fuss they moved us rooms, only to find out that the sockets didn't work and neither did the toilet, after my brother who lives in sunterra came to the hotel and explained that we paid alot of money for a holiday that should have the basic essentials they offered to move us room again, I explained that if they could fix the sockets and toilet all would be ok, so two days later and the sockets work but don't turn off but I wasn't going to dare say anything and the toilet although took a good 30 minuite to refill it now worked. In 35 to 39 degree heat and from England I wasnt expected to be refused water, we was given 4 bottles of water in our room each day and had run out by midday, (one bottle was used to fill the toilet cistern from the bathroom sink so we could all go to the toilet and have it flush and another bottle had to be used for teeth brushing as you cant use there tap water to do this, any bottles left in the room for toilet use or brushing teeth would be disposed of by the room cleaner). The men that go around clearing tables will happily take and bin your empty bottles however when asking for more you'll quickly be refused and told to go refill your bottles that you was given in your room, well there gone and we had nothing to refill, my addition needs child was panicking as he was thirsty and you cant just buy water inside the park, so my only option was to stand my ground and ask for a manger. Manager comes over and 1 bottle of water appears, with the words " here now go". After this I made sure to hold on to our empty bottles for dear life so we could refill, only to find out that the refill stations are hit and miss if they are turned on and are cold ( careful if they are turned on as the tap next to the cold is boiling hot, as in kettle ). Our first room was 1254 and our second room was 1250, our view was ment to be a pool view however watching the cleaners dump left over drinks into the so called pool (lake) every night and watching them use the pool (lake) water to clean the floors with no disinfectant just made us feel sick. How the flooring around the entertainment area isn't sticky is beyond us. You can eat at two main places here, one is Cafe du Ro! Lovely chef however the staff that work under him.. well I dont think they did any sort of culinary school or food health and safety, you have to check if the food is properly cooked especially the omelettes and chicken from our experiance, the other restaurant is the Mediterranean where they do a sort of BBQ outside every night and you can happily stand there and watch their chef continously wear the same gloves preparing the raw meated kofa kebabs then handling the cooked ones being placed in the silver serving trays, inside is also like a cattle market, its alot better over at Cafe du Ro!. We rented a car and was suprised to find confidential information scattered over the car park that were on printed on A4 paper, it told you the details of guests where they were from, how many adults and children, how many rooms they had and what room number they were in, aqua blu dont keep any information securely and are not bothered if you find guests details, although they are concerned when you find a snake in there flower beds. They often fumigate the areas with no warning which leaves a horrendous smell along with white smoke and you coughing, I understand they do this for the mosquitos which is nice that some care is given to there customers however a word of warning or it being done at a set time would be better. We tipped the usual £5 for helping us out and our room cleaner had about £30 in total but this is just a few of the issues we faced even with tipping. After being denied water and finding out guests full details I honestly dont think this place should be open. They need new management as something is going very wrong with how its currently run. I honestly wouldn't pay to stay here again, if I do ever "have" to visit here again what I will do is Vlog it so people can see what really goes on instead of just words and pictures. I really should have looked at the reviews before I booked rather than just the star rating.

Holiday in Alf Leila Wa Leila Hotel is the worst experience of my life. the main issue is staff attitude, they were extremely rude and unprofessional.

ROOM
There was a desk but no chair. Room for 3 people but there was only 1 plastic stacking chair at balcony. Available a couple of TV channels but most of them were in German or Russian language only. The only available English news channel didn’t work. The bathroom was very much below average. Nearly everyday morning huge noise from construction site that was right behind the wall.

Housekeeping was a nonsense as they never done their job at morning when nobody was in the room. They wanted to do it at afternoon when we were getting back to room after lunch time.

STAFF ATTITUDE
Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially in the bar next to heated swimming pool. They completely ignored everyone except Germans and Russians. Looks like this hotel is friendly to these nationals only. Reception staff outrageously unprofessional. They barely speak English and in case of any problems start to rise their voice and switch to Egyptian language. Couldn’t get return transfer time confirmation although reception got an email from my travel agent 2 days before.
It is unbelievable that smoking is still allowed in hotel facilities. The Jazz bar connected with main hotel lobby with a big open hall was full of smoking people. All this disgusting smell of cigarette smoke was in lobby too. Very poor bar staff make very poor alcohol cocktails. Every single cocktail ordered in a bar was different in terms of taste and alcohol level. The worst cocktails I’ve ever had.

WiFi average and always needed reactivation, access limited to the lobby area only.

The only positive were two nice waiters of lobby bar. They were working hard and were very helpful and friendly.

Generally speaking, it was the worst holiday and not worth its price.

The Albatros Aqua Park has a HUGE waterpark in connection to the all-inclusive hotel. With more than 50 waterslides, there is more than enough fun for a whole week for the kids.

On some of the largest slides you do need to be at least two or four people, before you can take a ride.

The staff is very very friendly and the morning, lunch and dinner buffets are more than plentiful. And then it is very clean.

There's also a private beach 10 min. walks from the hotel, but I recommend that you take the shuttlebus (drives every 30 min. between the hotel and the beach) the first time - just so you know the way.

The coral reef on the beach is more dead than alive, but under the small peer we did manage to see clown fish, lionfish, pufferfish and several parrot fish ind different sizes and colours.
