I had the same experience as others, thought it was a London company, bought a jacket for a wedding, quality bad, asked for refund, only offered 28%, or send back to China.at your own cost.do not buy from this company definatly a scam

I am so embarrassed to say I got scammed by this company! Do not buy from them!! They claim to sell nice products and when they arrive they are absolute tat! Cheap disgusting polyester when the description said denim! Emailed them and no reply. They have nothing to do with London it is a Chinese company. Avoid!!

Do not buy from this company. Over 2 weeks I have been waiting for my delivery and still no sign of it being delivered. The phone number on their website says “dial an incorrect number” which says it all. I have contacted them twice using the online form but no reply and just emailed them but says it is undeliverable as the domain does not exist.

I have also read reviews online to say the material is horrendous, made out of polyester.

DO NOT BUY!

Ordered mens uk size 8 shoes, waited weeks for delivery to then be sent a size 7! Far too small, poor quality stitching was all over the place, and now they refuse to answer my emails requesting a refund or exchange.
Steer clear if this company.

The dress i ordered was nothing like the one i received! It was absolute cheap and nasty rubbish! When I requested a refund I was told by AI Helena that i had to send it back to china at my own expense!! ‘Chiara London’ are not a London company, they are con artists of the worst sort! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I don't have words to describe this company. They are scammers in disguise. They take your money and send you doggy goods and refuses to send refunds.
If you happy to lose your money go ahead and order from them.

My dress looks nothing like the picture, very poor quality and design. The website says that you can return the items, however when you try to do that, they give you two options: either you send it back to China at your own cost or get 15% of the price back. Pathetic.

Scan the item are cheap polyester from China when they call themselves chiara london. I have requested a refund from them and shipped my item back to to China which I had to pay extra. They have ignored my emails and yet to give me money back after 3 months ABSOLUTE SCAM and ROBBERY OF MONEY DO NOT BUY!!!

Completely fake company. Dont buy from them. No real head office, nothing is substantiated. I lost nearly £100 through paying for returns to china only to have them sent back and had to pay duty.
There is something extremely un lawful about this company and I have reported them to all authorities relevant.

The picture showed a very nice looking shirt. You could see that the material was thick and the colours vibrant. The description stated it was made of cotton. What arrived was a dull, thin printed 100% polyester shirt from China.

Fleece-Lined Women's Jacket for Comfort and Warmth - Light Beige .... The Item (when finally arrived) was the poorest quality so wanted to send back.. to China.

This cost me £28 to send back - the original item was £44.95. Ordered 1st October and still unresolved 13th December .. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Very poor quality. Nothing like the image on the website. Made from sythentic fabric. Do not buy from this store. Not clear how to return the product.

Total scam. Returns need to be sent to China at your own cost. Clothes look nothing like the website. The worst quality of anything I’ve ever received and not that cheap either!! (£65 for two dresses). Avoid at all costs.

Can only endorse previous comments. Company name is fraudulent - no UK presence at all. Customer service is based in South America (being fair they were very charming). Goods returned to China; they offer 25% on returns to avoid this so you lose on postal costs but after long 2 months process did get money back.
Bought a coat which was cheap and colour completely different to web photo

Absolute joke. They call themselves “Chiara London” but the returns must be sent to China, no return labels given, cost of shipment to be covered by the customer. Quality of clothing very poor, sizing all over the place. Avoid.

If I could give this a zero I would. This website is a complete and utter scam! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!! All clothes from china no way to return despite the lies on the website!! They take your money and give you clothes that are nothing like the website and no way of returning despite 30 emails!

This sounds like another Chinese website using a different address so you don’t know that they are Chinese.
Always check the address with companies house. Some addresses are used by up to 80 different companies

I received the jacket, but it looks nothing like the one on the website. The photos must be AI-generated because the real jacket looks cheap, the color is awful, and the material is very poor quality. It’s not worth £44 – maybe £5 at most. When I asked for a refund, they refused and offered another jacket if I paid £10 more. I don’t want another one – I want my money back. I do not recommend this company.

Do not buy from this company. I wish I’d read reviews on here before making an order. The picture on the website is taken from another shop and doesn’t look like the items I received.

The website stated that I would receive the item within 7 days and they used Royal Mail shipping. Needless to say, the item was coming from China so didn’t arrive with Royal Mail, in fact it didn’t leave China for around 7 days. This business is not based in London as the name suggests. They make it impossible to return items, instead of giving you the returns address they offer you a 15% refund. When I declined this they stopped replying, long enough that the returns window has now closed. Unfortunately I didn’t pay with a credit card so not sure I can do a charge back, but my advice to anyone else is avoid, avoid, avoid!
