Delivery time, but understanding it was coming from outside the USA is understandable. I didn't know that prior to ordering. Also, the online reputation made the company not seem legit.

Paid extra for expedited delivery! Dozens of emails later (after trying many times to cancel) they just refuse to stand behind their company. One month and no sign of the order. For a while it showed in China, then awaiting customs in Ireland for weeks now they claim it’s enroute. We suspect they don’t even make the product until it gets ordered. Very respectful interactions by both us and them but zero interest in a fair resolution. No idea what the product might have looked like as we have left home for the summer.

The photo of the hat/cap should reflect the “printed” item. Same for the shirt. I didn’t read the description properly, therefore I was expecting the product in the picture. Especially the hat! Had I known it was a printed product I wouldn’t have ordered, however the item is of good quality and value.
The tracking was a little spotty. 21JUN the email said it was in Italian Customs and the next day the email said that it was delivered to my mailbox (with a return address in New Jersey).

Stay far far far away for your own sanity. The one star I "awarded" was forced b/c there has to be a rating. They take your $$$ yet provide nothing in return. Save yourself the headache and go ANYWHERE else. Screenshot taken.

The shirts look and feel wonderful and I will love wearing them for their rainbow colors and its political statement. I had only one disappointment. I didn't see any advice about washing and drying them. I've sent you an email asking for that information. Thank you.

Fairly quick delivery and wonderful product

It took a very long time to receive my order. Because of this, couldn't wear it to the event I ordered it for. The small is too tight, but I can't quite bring myself to return it and wait again for a replacement. Cute shirt, but I'd be happier and get more wear out if it with a medium. Please advise whether I should go ahead with an exchange...or whether it will again take a loooong time for delivery?

Took a long time to receive my order, and it was a printed image, not embroidered. The images on the site are clearly altered and meant to deceive customers into thinking they will be purchasing embroidered work, and do not indicate that the designs are printed. Will not be ordering from this store again.

The t-shirt material is very soft. It runs small for its size.

So much information on delivery tracking it was unreal products both perfect considering all the travelling fast service

First time ordering from ACloths and they sent regular tracking updates and delivered in a timely manner, even down to a final update stating the items would arrive within the next hour and giving the driver's name. And in fact when I got back 10 minutes later the package was on my porch exactly as I had requested. The items I ordered are exactly as shown online and I am thrilled with them. Will definitely feel confident ordering from ACloths again.
