Best service ever at Pets Corner Kingswood
I had the best service ever at the Pets Corner in Kingswood. Adam was courteous, helpful, kind, patient and went the extra mile. Although in the end he didn't have the particular item I needed he did everything he could to explore the options he did have to make it work for me. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Pets Corner - highly recommended
I use the Pets Corner in Henley and the shop is really well stocked with a great range of products. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable about the products. Very happy to recommend the store and the service!

Custmer Service
I've been to both Heathfield and Crawley Garden Centre stores regularly, and always received the very best attention. I haven't been recently due to illness, yet when I went back into Crawley last week they remembered me and my dog. That in itself is amazing.

Great service and fabulous staff
I have been using the company for well over 5 years with no issues. Yesterday I was having a few problems getting an online order through. In the end I called their helpline and braced myself for the inevitable battle to get through the automated system. Imagine my surprise and relief when a real person answered and dealt with the problem immediately. I fully appreciate that things can go wrong, but it’s how a business resolves the issue that will determine someone’s loyalty. I have always been impressed with their products, but the staff are also always great, whether that’s in an actual shop or online. Very impressed with the service.

Great advice and service
We have been going to Pets Corner since the first shop opened in George St Hove. We've always been assured of quality products coupled with sound advice. The standards have never slipped thanks we presume to great recruiting and training. They should add a delivery service at a sensible cost, or one day we shall have to buy the same products on line from somewhere else

We are, however, sorry to hear that you are disappointed by our delivery charges. Regrettably, the increase in cost from our couriers and fuel has contributed to the increase in delivery fees. We have done everything we can to hold off amending these as long as possible, and we are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
We offer a choice of two couriers at checkout to suit customer preferences: Royal Mail 48 and DPD next day, including weekends. We have introduced Royal Mail as a courier to offer our customers a cheaper and slightly slower alternative to DPD. Free Royal Mail delivery is available on the majority of orders over £45, and free next-day DPD delivery is available for orders over £75.

Amazing Pet Shop
Lisa & all the staff at Pets Corner, New Milton are absolutely brilliant. Nothing too much trouble & always so welcoming. When my dog was poorly they certainly knew how to help with finding the right food for my dog. They are so knowledgeable in all aspects to do with our pets.

Northampton Garden Centre Branch
I am usually in the Northampton branch of the Garden centre 2 or 3 times a month getting food and litter for my 2 cats.
The staff in there are always cheerful, friendly and very helpful for anything you need.

This Chessington pet store is superb! Great products,excellent staff and the teeth cleaning procedure has been a life saver for our Jack Russell! Highly recommend!

Our cockapoo Tilly was given the best…
Our cockapoo Tilly was given the best start in socialising at Pets Corner, Shenstone.Every Saturday morning she would go and play along other puppies for free. The staff were brilliant. We buy all her food and treats from there and she is always made a big fuss of. We receive great advice on all products. Tilly is eating Greenacre lamb and rice kibble which was recommended and enjoys it (she is a fussy eater)

Whatever you do, don’t work here - especially at the Blackheath branch.
I was dismissed after 11 months of service. Some of the reasons given were simply untrue, and when I asked for evidence none was provided. HR offered no support, no empathy and no willingness to even listen. I’ve had to take the matter to ACAS just to fight for my legally-owed accrued holiday pay.
During my employment I experienced workplace intimidation and managerial misconduct, including being threatened, shouted at, and unlawfully confined in the shop by the assistant manager. I reported this to the SDM but my complaint was ignored.
I cared deeply about the customers and genuinely loved the job itself. I put everything into my work. But the way I was treated has left me shocked, hurt and completely disillusioned.
No one should be treated the way I was in this workplace.
The company’s behaviour was unprofessional, uncaring, deeply disappointing and breached multiple workplace standards.
I would just definitely think twice before working here if the company thinks it’s acceptable - and can get away with allowing these things to happen.
Update: Pets corner have also now failed to pay my legally required notice period pay - yet another breach of contract.

Such a lovely pet shop with the most caring, attentive and helpful staff. Our Border Collie absolutely loves visiting for all her supplies and always enjoys showing off her tricks for the lovely staff, who give her so much attention. It is always a pleasure to visit.

Fantastic service
Customer service were extremely accommodating when my dog damaged his cooling mat. The matter was brought to resolution very efficiently and all the staff I dealt with were more than helpful.
Similarly the colleagues in my local Basingstoke store are always friendly and knowledgeable.
Pets Corner is definitely my go to pet store!!
