I purchased a 12kg bag of Yora insect food from Pets corner and unfortunately my dog wouldn't eat it despite trying several times. I have a cavapoo who is hugely picky with her food and so I'm sure there are lots of other dogs who would love it.
I contacted the Pets corner in Frome and they gave me a refund immediately. Lovely helpful staff and were very understanding.

Went to the Crawley Garden Centre store to purchase treats for my Sister' dog. I am a wheelchair user, and was so pleased to find the staff talk to me, rather than my carer. They were extremely helpful and courteous.

I would like to give a warning to all dog owners who are considering to join Puppy Hour of Staines-on-Thames store.

This store put several puppies of very different ages, breeds, sizes and energy levels were placed together in a very small enclosure of around 3 metres. Owners are not allowed to be inside the pen. They say their "trained" staffs can handle the situation, however, they do not even understand it is impossible to manage interactions between puppies with very different play styles.

My puppy is energetic and, like many young teething puppies, can become very mouthy when she gets excited. She had no problem playing with puppies with a similar energy level. I joined the sessions several times, and I noticed more tiny and nervous puppies were joining. One of them kept whining and they were too scared to come in or stay in the pen. I saw his owner was complaining about my puppy that she was too active. So then my puppy became the scapegoat.

I felt the play area should've been separated all the time because my puppy's energy level is very high. What I find particularly disappointing is that the manager never raised any concern with me or discussed my puppy's behaviour during the sessions. My puppy attended several times, including sessions where she played energetically with other puppies, and I was never told that staff considered her behaviour unsafe or unacceptable.

I was contacted later by the store manager, Jacob over the phone, and told that my puppy caused multiple “incidents” including biting other staffs and dogs, which is not true at all. Play-biting is common among puppies and other puppies were doing that to my puppy. They were wrestling and chasing each other. If there is any too much things happen, all you need to do is separateing puppies depends on their size and energy-level.

No attempt to discuss the issue, manage the group differently, separate puppies, or suggest another arrangement before simply excluding my puppy. I was informed my puppy was banned from the store, and they even said "they do not care because they have a waiting list."

I believe owners should not bring in their puppies who are too scared to interact with other puppies. But for the store, it was not. For them, the easiest solution was to treat my puppy as a problem and remove her. I was a Pets Corner's royal customer for a long time. That is why I truested them. I have regularly purchased products from the store, including before I owned my own dog. I never expect they would treat me and my dog like this.

Visit the Shenstone store regularly. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Even if out of stock on any items. They are more than happy to go the extra mile to contact other stores to get what I need. Have two Golden Doodles so it’s obvious they need matching everything! Thanks Shenstone 🐶🐶

Staff are amazing very knowledgeable, Connor always is very welcoming when we come into store goes above and beyond . Highly recommend to my friends with fur babies
Pets corner Salisbury road Andover

We moved to Reading two years ago and have visited the Reading West store almost every day since. Not because we need to buy dog food every day, but because our dog, Harry, absolutely loves visiting the staff.

The team are always wonderfully friendly and treat Harry as if he were one of their own. He is showered with love, cuddles, and, of course, treats. They are a real credit to the store. Special mention to Peri, Molly & Ben.

However, the one downside is that management does not seem to take staff safety seriously enough. There are regular thefts, often when a female member of staff is working alone. The police are aware, and the thieves have been caught on CCTV, yet nothing appears to have been done to improve the safety and security of the store and its staff.

We keep coming back because of the amazing people who work here, so please make sure they are looked after and given the protection they deserve.

We have visited Pets Corner Alton twice now, and on both occasions we’ve been very impressed. The range and quality of products are excellent, and all the staff have been friendly, helpful, and always happy to offer advice. Highly recommended

Visited the shop recently to buy some different dogfood. I Received some very helpful advice from Ellie. She was very knowledgeable and informative, enabling me to choose a suitable food for my litte Chihauhau. Excellent customer service from friendly staff who know about the products they are selling! Thank you 😊

Mark was really knowledgable when it came to my Cavapoo who has a super sensitive stomach. I bought an Ostrich foot on his advice and so far, so good! Thanks for the excellent customer service ☺️

I had a really positive experience with PET Corner. The service was professional, friendly and efficient, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. It’s clear that they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

After losing (and finding) my dog I realised the wrong phone number was on her name tag. Went to the Peacehaven store and young man serving me took great care to check that I had provided the right information before he started printing, including suggesting ways of showing the phone number to make it clearer if I lost my dog again. I also bought some supplies but forgot to pick them up as I was so pleased to have a correct name tag and was chased up the road by the person who served me with the goods in his hand. Couldn't have asked for better service or products.

I live opposite this pet shop in romsey where we had a fire in the flats. both of the guys from the pet shop and the vets were top notch helping to look after a group of cats that got caught in the fire working with the firemen and the paramedics. nice to know there are decent people willing to help still out there will be using this shop from now on

Visited the Buxton branch and met Stuart, What a lovely guy and very knowledgeable. Clearly loves dogs and spent a great deal of time explaining about their food products etc. Happy with my purchase and am now a pets corner customer for sure, if I could give higher than a 5* on this I would.

I usually use the Kingswood branch or Pets Corner, I find the staff very pleasant and helpful. I was in Dorking so decided to use the local branch of Pets corner. I was browsing around the shop and all I could hear was this woman complaining and moaning, in that voice for all to hear! at first I thought she was complaining to the poor chap behind the counter, but upon seeing her in her black Pets corner uniform, it would appear that the bespectacled lady with a limp was a manager or supervisor at the shop. This is not really want you want to have to e3xperience when browsing a shop, it's awkward and a bit embarrassing to be honest. I won't be going back to Pets corner Dorking again!

It was so lovely to be greeted and be able to ask for advice and receive such brilliant customer service sadly something that is lacking in many places. Great staff excellent choice of products

Thatcham Pets Corner is a fantastic shop. It is well stocked and the staff are absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to be friendly, they are very knowledgeable and have really helped me on numerous occasions when I have needed advice. I highly recommend visiting this shop. It is my go to.

I had the best service ever at the Pets Corner in Kingswood. Adam was courteous, helpful, kind, patient and went the extra mile. Although in the end he didn't have the particular item I needed he did everything he could to explore the options he did have to make it work for me. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
