We (my friend and I) have been last week in Harrogate. And our broken car was there too, just across the street of your shop.
She bought sth in your shop. You remembered today.
Thank you for being so very kind to help us by looking for the car to tell us, that the car had NO parking-ticket at all.

A company that truly understands dogs!
My dog had recently had a dog fight and unbeknownst to me when taking him to pets corner he was now newly reactive to dogs, this was due to another customer crowding my dog quite heavily. However the staff were phenomenal not only did they assist in creating some room between my dog and the other they also allowed me into a little room to complete the transaction and leave via the staff entrance I cannot thank them enough for their support in handling the situation so well and deescalating what could’ve been a nasty situation!

Click and Collect is so easy
Location is a little out my way but my cat loves the Canagans soup.
After visiting one day when the stock was limited I now order online to click and collect. The process is so efficient and communication is also extremely good.
The staff are very friendly and personable.

New dog harness purchased
I went into my nearest Shenstone store today to purchase a new harness for my staffie cross. The staff member was really friendly and knowledgeable and gave me some good advice about which harness to choose and how to adjust a full body harness based on the size and shape of my dogs chest. I didn't take my dog into the store because of hot weather but we were able to conclude which harness was best for my dog with the measurements I gave and when I got home, the harness fitted perfectly. All in all, a really positive shopping experience with very helpfull staff and I'd recommend them for good customer service/product satisfaction.

I love the Pets Corner in Amersham
I love the Pets Corner in Amersham. It takes all the hard work out of sourcing excellent products, that are both healthy and excellent quality for your pets . Their buyers do it all for you. The customer service is excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful staff, and there is even a groomers using only the best products for your dogs. you can take your pets in with you too. Thank you

Pets Corner Sevenoaks
My experience at pet corner sevenoaks was super lovely because I enjoyed looking at all of the things they have to offer like pet toys for dogs and cats
I really like their selection of dog treats and dog food and also the cat treats and dog treats
They have everything you need there for your pets including dogs cats hamsters
They have a very lovely pet shop
Everyone there is super kind and very polite
The service is very good and welcoming
I have had very good experiences when visiting this pet shop as I have been with my mum before

A Great place to buy quality dog food wet & dry for my very spoilt and “Attention Seeking” Fox Terrier who’s always made a fuss of when he visits the store! Staff are always friendly and happy to help with any specific food / treat options!

I have just brought home my 9 week old female Chihuahua Phelan and was delighted to introduce her to her Auntie Imogen. She works Pets Corner Marple store and is my absolute favourite pet store staff member, anywhere! And i drive all over to bougie pet stores for novel and luxury dog treats. I love this woman. I ring the store to check she’s on shift before I set off and if she’s not in I go another day. I tell everyone I know they need to meet her for the quality of advice and her knowledge of the products. She’s an exemplary example of customer service but is such a support to pet parents and so friendly with it she deserves to be recognised for the impact she has on our community not just as an the best staff member you have. (The others are lovely Imogen’s just in a league of her own).If you are in the area and have pets it’s worth a visit even if you’re not after anything as she will blow your mind with knowledge and service.

Grumpy staff member but lovely treats
Went into pets corner in Stratford today for some treats and was served by a man with blond hair and a beard who seemed as if we wanted to be doing anything else.
I empathize with not wanting to work on a Sunday but to greet and serve customers with a moody attitude and a slumped shoulders seems very untoward. I could barely understand what he was saying to me whilst he scanned through my treats through his mumbling.
However, my dog has loved the treats so far and would love to get more, and hopefully the staff feel a little happier next time I'm in store.

Brilliant service 👏 👌 at Petstore Buxton, Derbyshire
After visiting my local store in Buxton Derbyshire yesterday to purchase a cat carrier I was absolutely thrilled with the very friendly and helpful information from the wonderful staff! Julie was so lovely and friendly, she talked me through the products in great detail , particularly the many different types of food for my new kitten 😸 and explained the ingredients in great detail , Sasha her colleague then provided me with lots of leaflets with helpful information to educate myself even more about taking care of my new addition to the family ! Thankyou so much to the ladies and I will be calling in again soon (as promised to let you know how lucky is settling in )! 🐈 😻 xx

£20 pound dog toy lasted 1 day!
Great store but bought a dog toy on reviews for a product! The toy was expensive and triple stitched for durability and the reviews were apparently positive! Nope 1 review at 3 stars and I cannot leave a review on the product! 19 pounds and lasted a day!

Unfriendly unhelpful staff
Visited Lewes store to day no one was at the till when I came in two staff members were down the back chatting one did say hello after I said didn’t ask if I needed any help took me some time to find what I wonted. at till lady didn’t say much like for example did you find everything you needed just said do you won’t receipt I said thank you good bye but nothing in return one lady was swiping floor at 17-00 so maybe don’t like customers coming in I have visited other pet corners one in Brighton and in Peacehaven and always find the staff friendly and helpful but not at Lewes will avoid maybe manager could give the staff some training probably the lady who took my money was the manager it’s the way it is these days.

Poor customer service experience
Poor customer service experience. Staff member that served me demonstrated a very limited knowledge of their product offer despite insisting they were nutritionally trained and could advise on all products. Kept repeating same information / advice without listening to my pets requirements. Very contrary and argumentative. Thankfully all products list their nutritional values and ingredients so I was able to educate myself on the product available and push back on advice provided in store. If it was not for store convenience and my own research I would not shop with this branch again.
