Brilliant service. I never need to worry about running out of Lotti's food. Scheduled deliveries are always on time, regular updates. The prices reasonable , would totally recommend them.

Good quality cat litter, have used this brand for years for our Ragdolls cats and it works well and absorbent

My three cats will only eat Perfection flaked tuna in jelly - I know, they’re spoilt!
There are very few places in town that sell it and I’m definitely in competition with someone else to buy it. When I saw Petshop.co.uk sold it I thought I’d give them a try. The price, even with postage, worked out cheaper per packet than store bought so it was win win all the way. Communication was very good and my order was delivered within the time frame promised. Will definitely order again.

Fantastic service every time from PetShop! We order our dog food on subscription. I get an email 5 days before to say the order will be placed so I have plenty of time to amend if needed. I collect from Stratford and team are always helpful and carry my order to the car for me ! Highly recommend

We ordered two bags of skinners field and trial great price free delivery and on time

I use the subscription monthly which works well and delivered on time. My only comment is that sometimes the biscuits I use are often offered at a lower price which is annoying!

I accidentally set up the repeat order option which they call Bottomless Bowl. I didn't receive any notification about that so didn't have the option of cancelling it. On the day my order arrived I got an email from them telling me that the large pack of cat biscuits which I'd just received was out of stock. I emailed them twice about this but have not had a reply other than an automated email. Not good customer service. I'll be donating the second 7kg bag to a local animal charity.

Ordered bag of dried dog food and box of treats. Dog food delayed and when I phoned was told they were only doing emails. Emailed long time for an answer but got food eventually with a £10 refund. Treats didn’t come but eventually after much correspondence got partial refund. They overcharged me saying I had used a coupon which I hadn’t.
I like to use British companies where possible, but will certainly never use this company again, they cause so much hassle for what should have been a simple order.

First and LAST order from this company!!!

Placed a sizeable first order with this company - part of the reason being I wanted to order multiple of the same bag of treats at the special offer price. I ordered 7 packs and these jokers sent me 2. I had to call in and ask why as they did not bother replying to email. Told me they are now out of stock. so I cannot order alternatives without incurring another shipping fee.

My advice would be to shop elsewhere.

The ease of the web site the fact you could get the dog food I needed as our dogs are very hard to find food for as they have sensitive stomachs

I ordered Crave dog food £60+ order the first came as planned. The second order came and was not Crave but Naturo, there was no explanation and no warning they had no Crave in stock. I had to give my dogs this due to running out which upset their stomachs when I asked to return one of the 10kg bags the customer service was poor and they want to charge me 6.99 for return even though this is their error

I subscribed to their Bottomless Bowl (which is Subscribe and Save), and set it to repeat delivery every 12 weeks. I know that with Subscribe and Save you won't usually get the same price every time, just didn't expect they charge me MORE than the price for the same items they are selling at the same time.
They charged me £1.99 per item, while they were selling at £1.79, and that 1.79 was without any discount.
I messaged to them few days ago, hoping they would respond, and unfortunately I didn't get any reply.

Don't buy from them, at last stay away from their "Bottomless Bowl".

Good value for money and customer service. If something goes wrong they'll fix it ASAP. Quick delivery too.

Excellent good value service will continue with my repeat order which can be adjusted as I need with ease on the website. Very happy customer.

Offered to stop an order that was with DHL and provide a refund as had message them before order was dispatched but they hadn’t responded. Have not provided a refund and not replying to emails and I am (was) a regular customer. Have had to raise a fraud complaint with my bank
