Have used a few times now, product choice and pricing very good. And with 2 growing Shar Pei puppies to feed the fact they bulk deliver is perfect. Website pretty easy to navigate. Had slightly delayed delivery on 1 occasion and their customer service resolved it very quickly

This company is good to deal with , not only are their prices hard to beat but they have chosen the best delivery company DHL to transport their goods. They supply most pet foods so the choice is excellent why would anyone shop anywhere else ?

I ordered the flea tablets and they were sent when I needed them but have an over stock of them which I tried to cancel several times and contacted bank I will reorder from you again but I don’t need anymore flea tablets

I had cancelled the order last week but it was still delivered. Why say a subscription can be stopped at any point then still go ahead with taking payment after the cancellation

I was updated of delivery and have spoken on phone a few times 😀

I've used Petshop.co.uk a number of times now. I find their prices competitive, their delivery always prompt and items are well but not excessively packaged. I've had no need to contact the company other than online orders, as everything has always been seamless.

The thoughtful and good business sense of sometimes including a free pouch of dog food (in my case) to try is also a nice touch.

Ordering very easy but, why did delivery take 7 days instead of 3?

Initally my relationship with this company started well, competitively priced products with lots of choice. The subcription service was easy - items just arrived when needed.
The problem came where I needed to ammend or change items - then it was complicated. Items never disappear from you online account - they're still there just dormant, which leads to easy confusion.
The Customer service agent just couldn't understand that my dog was allergic to salmon and kept suggesting food with salmon oil in.
Then over the summer our dog didn't eat as much in the heat so we needed to skip and order. I emailed - no response. I'm now sitting on the phone for 30 minutes plus. I've also had a supply of unusable tins sent to us - our dog wouldn't eat the food which my husband pointed out was grey and smelt bad, some of the tins were split open. I sent them an email about that too but no response. This has been weeks of no replies. Standards are dropping. Emails or account actions are not acknowledged. I have now left this company - too much hassle.

I ordered repeated order to send us the pet food every month; however the food was sold out but no email/ notification/ any message to inform us. I even got the email, invoice and my account message said I will receive the food within 3 working days.
We tried to call the customer hotline for few days but no one pick up!
I had to go another pet shops to find the pet food I need, it is a special cat food not always in stock that’s why I order as repeat orders just in case I cannot find any😤😤

If repeat order still out of stocks and cannot deliver on time, then why I have to do repeat order? Please review the process to ensure correct information and advance notice can sent to your consumer at least we can prepare earlier instead of keep waiting your delivery.

Worst customer service ever, 2 emails both ignored, 30 minutes on the phone and no answer . Also ordered dog food , website stated all in stock checked order status after 3 days then it’s all sold out and I have no dog food. No one in customer service. Absolutely useless company. Better off paying a bit more, at least you can get your order.

Fantastic shopping experience. Easy to set up auto-shipping so we never run out food for our dogs. Great price compared to competitors.

A good price and good service. I wasn't quite ready for my next repeat order but was very easy to delay by a couple of weeks. This makes buying on repeat more acceptable at a better price.

Products are standard products but delivery was 3 days late- twice the time quoted when ordering. Was not advised of delay until I contacted them. Only explanation was they had a problem in warehouse. Little in the way of an apology.

They sent me out of date food by 2 months. Can also tell it’s out of date when you open the tin. I have emailed them about this and got no response back
