The dog food should have been delivered in 3 working days but it took a week. Staff were apologetic and refunded £10. Can 3 day delivery be relied upon in the future?

Fair prices and timely delivery

Website easy to use, prices good and delivery was very quick. That’s why we always use petshop.

I never ordered my last order but unknowingly had set up a recurring order, never had this problem with other pet food suppliers so I will be buying from those in future where it's not as easy to "accidentally" set up recurring orders.

You are all OK it's the delivery company that delivery to my address new drivers all ways go to the front of my house and they seem to think small path can't deliver next day delivery driver must be able to deliver it around the back where they is a road way owell thank you me and dogs

Great price, fully informed about order with plenty of time to cancel if necessary. Arrived on the day expected. All perfect.

I was very happy with the service until I got notification from my bank telling me that they are trying to take £105.00 out of my account I only done one time purchase and they are charging me for a bottomless bowl I never ordered. Unfortunately you can't speak to someone to stop them from trying taking money out of my account SO BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ORDER

Easy to order. Have my order for Dentastix on subscription. Very good prices. I certainly would recommend this company.

Extremely misleading (probably illegal) checkout process. Ordered products that showed as costing £87 at checkout, pressed place order and pay and was charged £98.

I called them regarding this and the only option they gave me was that they could cancel the order rather than honour the price. After being a customer for around 6 years I will not be ordering from them again based on this experience.

It seems a shame for them to lose a customer over £12 but I won't deal with a company with shady practices and bad customer service.

I have been having deliveries from this company for over a year or more always reliable easy to pause and order if not quite ready for it can't fault them 10 out of 10

Ordered the dog food, with a 3 day delivery promised. 4 working days later and my order is still shown as being packed in the warehouse. So I'm unlikely to receive it within a week. Emails do not get answered, except the standard bot, "oh we're way too busy for a real person to reply to you." It's basically tough luck, once you've paid, there is absolutely no customer service at all. They do not answer the phone either. I won't be re-ordering anything from them, that's for sure. How difficult can it be? Take the order, take the payment (of course they get that bit done quickly), then shove some items in a box and get it delivered. Seriously, how difficult is that?

Our dog loves it abd eats it with great appetite!It seems to be very well tolerated and the quality is excellent.We definitely recommend it to other dog owners. If you looking for good quality,tasty food fotmr your furry friend ,this is definitely worth for buy and trying!!! Our dog love it!🩵 It is also very practical and easy to maintain and the durability is really impressive.Yoi can tell it's made to a high standard and built to last. Deliveries can be really slow not good when you need it

Waited for a week for delivery...only for DHL to cancel delivery.After an hour on phone managed to get them to deliver...it was delivered minus 2 parcels !!. Emailed pet shop..no answer..tried ringing 3 times..no answer.
This is way too much hassle and stressful.so I would rather spend more in a high street shop and know I have the products I need.
Pet shop emailed eventually and said they will refund when DHL send back ? Guess that's money lost now

Delivery always on time, and was able to adjust the timing so that it came when I needed it.

We have been ordering Pro Plan Veterinary Diet FortiFlora Feline Probiotic every month for our three cats for a long time now, and we are extremely happy with both the product and the service from Pet Shop.
Our cats do really well on FortiFlora, and the monthly ordering is convenient and reliable. Delivery is always quick and everything arrives well packaged.

I ordered Harringtons just 6 salmon 12kg x2 on the 20th of the month, on the 24th I still had not recieved the ordered. Checked on line and it said status "still in warehouse" Called Petshop for them to inform me that they are having issues with their suppliers and they do not have a date for when they will recieve the dog food. So they took my money even though they did not have the stock. I asked if this meant a refund and she informed me "yes, once the cancellation has been approved you'll recieve a refund." My Cocker Spaniel has allergies and can only have this food which is very expensive but now I have to wait for a refund before I can go else where to purchase. Disgusting, they should have never took my money if they had no stock!!!

Delete my initial review after developments. My First interaction with them wasn’t an experience I’m likely to repeat. Delivery information is very vague and my order only seemed to move after I sent an email complaining about lack of information and put comments on their social media. Be very wary of being caught up in a regular repeat order situation as the website seems specifically designed to do this. The whole process was way more stressful than ordering pet meds should ever be. I received an email saying they would partially refund my delivery charges but a less stressful experience would be way more valuable. I’m not sure if they are perhaps a victim of their own success but they need to keep their eye on the ball regarding customer service and delivery.
