Would never use again

Offered to stop an order that was with DHL and provide a refund as had message them before order was dispatched but they hadn’t responded. Have not provided a refund and not replying to emails and I am (was) a regular customer. Have had to raise a fraud complaint with my bank

Excellent telephone ordering, supply and cost

In our personal experience, your ordering website has previously thrown up wobblies. Ordering by phone is therefore far simpler and much quicker. The phone service provided is always helpful, friendly and efficient. Multi-parcel deliveries (especially) are now a nightmare generally. In fact, every company's deliveries now seem to comprise of simply dumping the stuff on your doorstep (ready to be stolen) but never knocking on the door or ringing the bell. I therefore always collect personally and, once again, your staff are always helpful and pleasant when I'm visiting your premises. Your prices are also pretty decent.

Very quick delivery and great price

My order arrived very quickly with free delivery. The order was well packed. From the time the order was placed, picked, dispatched, moved to courier and delivered I was kept informed all through-out the process in a timely manner. The prices on their website are competitive with their rivals and in the case of my order actually worked out cheaper due to free delivery and promotional offer. I’m extremely happy with my experience and will definitely be ordering with Petshop.CO.UK again. Well done to all their staff.

The things I hate:
You took money you weren't authorised to take and sent me an order I did not want.
Despite going into the account and checking I'd removed all the 'bottomless bowls' somehow you still sent me the order again. My dog could not possibly eat the amount you want to send on a regular basis. I had to order more than I needed to start with to meet minimum order requirements. She's a small cockapoo not a horse!!!

I’ve had what they call a bottomless…

I’ve had what they call a bottomless bowl for well over a year paying nearly £42 for a bag of dry food for my dog. I happened to go on the site this morning and found that the same food was actually being sold for£3.12 less than what I was being charged. Being on a subscription is not a guarantee that you will get the best price. To be honest I feel cheated.

Great service

Great service, competitive prices and excellent customer support. I’ve only ever had one issue, which wasn’t their fault, but they went above and beyond to get it sorted quickly. Always helpful and reliable — highly recommend!
