Fantastic quality company
Having used Pay Smart Carpets before, and wanting to tile the utility room, the toilet, the porch and my man-cave i know we made the right decision. The price of the flooring was extremely reasonable. Chris, the fitter was very friendly and prompt, having advised us that he was on his way early this morning. The standard of his work is excellent and he obviously takes pride in his work. He never stopped working from the moment he arrived and was very meticulous when it came to clearing up after he had finished... a true credit to the company. Many, many thanks to everyone involved. Very highly recommended.

They missed a step after the guy that…
They missed a step after the guy that measured it wrote it on, I had to phone them and get them to come back. We asked and paid for extra carpet to be cut for when you walk in, the fitter guys didn't do that, and they were taking away the rest of the carpet we had paid for. I said if we've paid for it, you leave it.
The carpet itself is lovely, just a shame about the messing about.

Amazing professional services from the beginning quote to the end fitting ...friendly telephone manner when i had to call them via phone on rescheduling fitting date, and on day of fitting , the fitters themselves were professional and friendly from start to end...overall i am very pleased with the company themselves as well as the fitters

The guys that came out to measure were lovely and helpful, professional and really nice guys.
The office staff are lovely too and very helpful
I ordered the same carpet for 2 staircases and 2 large rooms and underlay
The option to pay monthly or on finance is a fabulous way to get a big part of your home paid for and is really helpful.
The 2 lads that came to fit yesterday were amazing , 2 really happy and chatty lads that were so friendly and polite
It makes a huge difference when a company can not only offer good products at good prices but can offer great customer service from the office to the home
I will definitely recommend you to any of my friends and family

They sent and laid the wrong vinyl also…
They sent and laid the wrong vinyl also we removed a 1 inch gap along our skirting boards and the fitter did not lay it underneath and I am absolutely flabbergasted at how bad the laying is done and also how they can get the wrong flooring
