I use your company every time
I use your company every time. Sometimes we pay weekly, sometimes we pay outright. Lewis is lovely and the fitters are amazing. I don't know how they fit it so neatly and in such a short time! We have had nearly every room fitted with vinyl. I honestly wouldn't use any other company. If i could give more than 5 * i would!

Avoid if possible
Let’s start at the point of someone coming around quoting up, the man came in the house chewing his gum really loudly and seemed really disinterested and like I really put him out. That should have been my sign to go elsewhere but I didnt regretfully. After contract signed I read in it that I have to rip up the flooring myself( I wasn’t told this information during the quoting) I rang them to cancel but was told I couldn’t get my money back only credit. So I ripped it up and cleaned up where I could, there was some stubborn little bits of felt on the floor that I couldn’t get up. The man came to fit the floor and I left him to it and all seemed good. Naively I signed it off without properly checking. A couple of days later I noticed that their was a nail under the vinyl, the floor had lumps on it where the fitter just fitted the vinyl over the top with no preparation/cleaning done to the floor before fitting and finally to top it off they had failed to sealant around the vinyl.
My advice is to avoid this company however if you have to use them for their finance convenience then please ask at the quote point, what’s expected of you before the fitting and thoroughly check the floor before signing the job off.

Recommend
Easy to deal with from ordering to fitting. Carpet is well made and wont wear easily. Will definitely be ordering again. And paying monthly is a better bonus.

I have had 3 rooms done in herringbone vinyl and the vinyl is excellent quality and affordable repayments.
My floors now look great. The fitter was very professional and did a great job and so quick.

Excellent service
Excellent service, office staff are lovely and very helpful. Quotes where very informative and I never felt like I was being ripped off if anything they helped me deter the best price and options for my property I've had them out twice now and completed a full house carpet and vynl are really good quality . The finance options are flexible too. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the service I received. There was a problem with the hallway flooring but very quickly got resolved. 😊 would recommend. Floor fitters were friendly and completed the job very quickly.
