After waiting in line to go through passport control in T2D yesterday for nearly 1/2 hr with a crying baby we asked if we could go through the automatic barriers as our gate was due to close. The male... Se mer

Waited two and a half hours in a non European line as the passport machines were broken. At the end of this line was one worker visually distracted checking people’s passports. Not to mention this line was about 50m long if not more with hundreds of people waiting. Shocking
The stupidest and most idiotic airport
The stupidest and most idiotic airport in Europe. I don’t understand how can it be the Europe “hub”. They can manage anything right. No restaurants with proper food, only junk. And all the staff seems to be incompetent to manage passenger effectively. It’s always the worst experience flying from here.
Worst airport I have EVER visited
Worst airport I have EVER visited!
So poorly organised, hardly any desks/machines open so queues were long and extremely slow, resulting in numerous passengers missing their flights. No communication about our flight being delayed. No where near enough seating in Terminal 2D and restaurants even closing and cordoning off their seating areas to prevent access, leaving people eating their food on the floor. Hand driers not working in any toilets. We had 4 gate changes, non of these were announced over the tannoy. Every single staff member we interacted with was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Shrugging their shoulders and smirking at passengers missing their flights due to their poor management, refusing to provide names of managers in charge. All in all, the worst airport experience I have ever had, completely ruined our trip to Paris and I will certainly not return! The complaint form on their website also conveniently doesn’t work!
Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace! Airport security and check in complete shambles! No human kindness or organisational skills. Lots of people including ourselves missed flight due to excessive queues. X 10 lanes for passport control yet only x 1 open!!!! Asked staff numerous times if we would make flight whilst in queue and was told not to worry. Despite this they failed to make announcement or rush us through. Staff shouting aggressively at customers. I will never travel through this airport again.
Avoid Charles De Gaulle seriously
Avoid Charles De Gaulle seriously
Security was absolutely awful, staff were rude, and they left my elderly parents, one whom has a walking condition with no assistance whatsoever. They will do stuff like this to you too, just pick another airport for the love of God.
Worst experience at CDG
I like the airport coz it allows you to fly to a lot of countries.
However the immigration is really horrible. They know the queues could be very long and painful for Travellers. And this could easily be resolved by having more people on their immigration service for non-EU people. However the french mentality of "there is no problem" prevails here specifically. One of the worst airports to immigrate
Parking PMR

Everything was alright till arrived to the gates of departure, Eurowings 61 Gate . There is only one kiosk sells below average choice of sandwiches drinks , that’s all . Shops wise the same , only one . Very disappointing, should have eaten in city before airport.
ZERO STARS
I wish I could give this airport zero stars!!!
I absolutely love Paris love France love the French people, but the staff at this airport are absolutely terrible! Someone at the Hertz rental car drop off ran over my suitcase and just kept on going. I finally made my way into the airport. The signage is terrible. Once I finally found my way my bag was put in queue to be searched. The woman searching bags took her time and even took a break! She had zero care or concern for the people who waited over an hour, including myself to have our bags searched. My bag was put back through onto the conveyor belt. I told the awful awful man who was reading the screens that I was going to miss my international flight and to please help me. He was SO rude to me and I almost missed my flight. This airport makes me want to never come back to Paris again which makes me so sad because I love it there.
No management at all
It is really difficult to find the right words to describe how disorganized and frustrating the immigration process has become. It reminds me of the bus stations in the developing country where I grew up, where passengers had to fight through the crowds just to catch their buses. There seemed to be little to no organization, insufficient staff, very little reassurance or support for customers, and significant language barriers.
Unfortunately, I experienced many of these same issues during the immigration process. The lack of clear communication, adequate staffing, organization, and proper assistance made the entire experience extremely stressful and confusing.
Quel bordel!
Very long lines
Very long lines, complicated to navigate and personnel is quite unfriendly
Worst Airport Ever
Worst Airport Ever. Came early to relax to enjoy drinks & food, but Zero normal restaurants or bars in Terminal 1. Can't wait to leave this country.

The passport e check-in booths all out of order natal passport control terrible very badly organised. Caotic takes a lifetime to get through. Hope I never have to use this airport again.

The staff quite literally stood in my way today to stop me scanning my passport on the automatic barrier. I am treated like a criminal every time I go through this airport (which is every week) and I assume that it is due to not looking like a stereotypical example of my nationality. The staff also swore at me while speaking to me. There is no reason whatsoever why I should be prevented from scanning my VALID passport (8 years remaining on the passport) on the barrier
You can do better CDG. Yet another stressful experience and rude staff.
What should have been a routine transit turned into yet another stressful experience at CDG.
I was selected for additional screenings, which unfortunately was not an isolated incident. Various checks were carried out on me and some of my belongings such as my phone which was honestly confusing and strange since it wasn’t an issue the many times I passed through that same check. I fully understand the need for security and cooperated as usual though it was absolutely a big waste of time, but the way this was handled left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and singled out.
I was constantly racing against the clock because of the delays caused by these additional checks, despite travelling with ordinary items I regularly carry and have never had an issue with before. Secondary screenings may sometimes be necessary, but when it happens repeatedly without clear explanation, it creates unnecessary stress—especially for passengers with connecting flights.
What particularly disturbed me was being told that they check people who “look a certain way.” I don’t know whether that had anything to do with my queer appearance, but hearing this after being singled out was deeply unsettling.
I will always support legitimate security measures. What I cannot support is a lack of sensitivity, professionalism and clear communication in how they are carried out.
By the time I reached my destination, I was completely drained. What should have been the beginning of a lovely summer holiday instead became an experience I will unfortunately remember.
Security is important, but so is treating passengers with dignity and respect. At this point, I’d rather deal with an AI chatbot system than staff who communicate with passengers this poorly.
Typical rudeness lived up to…
Typical rudeness lived up to expectations expected from this country. However, when it comes to mobility access, it was a whole new level of arrogance and incompetence. Several times my wife had to explain our son’s disabilities and needs as they are not obvious, whilst sobbing her eyes out. The check-in assistant was incredibly rude. Very little compassion or care for how this might upset us and our son.
