Very easy and fast delivery before my expectations

I love shopping here usually online as I no longer live in London. The shop has an extensive range of hair products and beauty products for all cultures to choose from, no one is left out. My regular go to products are the hair extensions for afro hair, lots of variety to choose from and a quick delivery service even on the non tracking royal mail option. I would highly recommend this store.

The delivery was excellent. Product itself was as expected. Have used this company before and will buy from them in the future unless prices are reasonable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Ordered 5 items online but only 2 were delivered. The company then sent an invoice marked as “all sent,” which is completely false.

They are almost impossible to contact, and when they do respond, they hide behind claims of “weight checks and CCTV” to insist all 5 bottles were sent. This is simply not true only two small bottles were packed, and all five wouldn’t have even fit in the parcel (I also sent them photos to prove what i received and the parcel box) .

They have refused to send the missing items or issue a refund and won’t provide any evidence to support their claims. Instead, they are happy to keep £22 for items I never received.

This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I am very dissatisfied with this company and will be escalating the matter, as this behaviour amounts to fraud.
I’d strongly recommend saving your money and ordering

Pak Cosmetics is cheaper and have super fast delivery.

My most recent ordering experience has been a disappointment. I am not able to give an up to date opinion as after a whole week I still waiting for my order.
Since posting my review my parcel has now been delivered. The products are of good quality.
I think I would urge Paks to consider which courier service they use. I don't know who was at fault on this account. I did email customer service as after 7 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to answer the line just cut off. I received an acknowledgement some hours later, who told me my parcel was on its way, this was on day 5 after ordering.

Great prices , fast delivery , I have come back for more and I will carry on doing so .. much better prices and more unusual hair products - that I like to try ..very good 👍

I order from Pak Cosmetics regularly. Their prices are really competitive and the variety of products is fantastic. I go on there to shop for particular items, and something else always catches my eye so I end up spending a bit more but it's worth it. You can choose to track your deliveries, but I don't bother and have never had any issues.

2 to 3 days delivery more like 6 never again

Good and bad - this company were fine for ordering and also no hassle returning an order. However, when I requested further information about a specific product, they were not interested in helping me at all. They told me to refer to the manufacturer of the product (but didn't answer my message when I asked for them to send me these details). If THEY are selling the product, they should already have this information.

Anything I can't find, Pakcosmetics always has in stock. I order online and always receives my order within days.
