Customer Service - What Customer Service?
I had an enquiry before placing an order. Could not find a telephone number on the website so was forced to use the website email system.
After 5 days still not reply.
It is not poor customer service it is no customer service at all.
Placed my order elsewhere.

The customer service is pathetic. I discovered that Nationwide had double paid the final payment on a monthly standing order. I made several phone calls and was told that it was my fault and I should attempt to regain the payment from the recipient. I explained that all I did was answer the questions correctly when setting up the standing order and how could that be my fault. Apparently it seems that the standing order set up requires a final payment date to be inputted which Nationwide take to be another payment. What a weird way of doing it., The website needs to be amended to avoid this but Nationwide insists it is a customer fault and I should deal with it myself.
The customer is always wrong seems to be the mantle here.

I wish I had seen the reviews on here before purchasing from this scam company.
I ordered a M65 jacket which was delivered days after the delivery date but unfortunately was too small. As per their website I repacked and sent it back at my expense to exchange for a larger one.
The courier after several attempts could not deliver the item. The telephone number does not exist and there are no replies from email or Ebay contact email address.
The jacket has now been returned to me.
The website continues to be live and I assume is taking orders from unsuspecting customers.

Purchased a used Kral Puncher Breaker .22 air rifle from Vector Air. The rifle was in excellent condition and was well worth the price.
Unfortunately after a week or so there was a serious issue with the gun so I had to return it. Vector Air offered the repair at no cost which I accepted and they also did an upgrade which I asked them to do whilst the gun was stripped down.
All in all a very good experience and I am very pleased,
I would highly recommend Vector Air.

Booked my car in for replacement brake pads front and rear. I knew that they would be difficult to remove and I explained this to the guys. They were not fazed by this and did the job for me with great results.
At all times I was informed of progress and the whole experience was professional throughout.
