My purchase cost approx 7 eu including freight cost of about,3 eu.
The duty was applied at approx 10 eu. You need to get paperwork set up for business in Republic of Ireland. I ended paying 17 eu for a 7 eu purchase. Ridiculous!!!!

Overall everything was perfect. Honestly: the selction, quality, packaging, speedy shipment and delivery, were 100%! My only issue is, hence the 4 Stars, was that it was advertised as a "Jumbo" afro wig. It definitely is not though, it is in the grand scheme of afro hair, a medium at most. A lovely wig though, just NOT JUMBO... Loving the super stylish packaging!

My order did not match the product packaging shown online. I received a completely different package and colour. I was advised to return the item and was told in writing that the return costs would also be refunded.

However, I was only refunded for the product itself. When I questioned this over multiple emails, the company backtracked and claimed they do not refund return costs. They then accused me of sending “threatening emails,” yet the person who made this accusation did not sign their message. When I asked them to specify which part of my emails they considered threatening, they ignored the question and stated that the matter was closed.

Unfortunately, each time I called the line disconnected after about four minutes. I then decided to email instead, and the response was prompt and helpful.

They explained that some of the items I ordered were out of stock and gave me the option to choose alternatives of the same value. I found it a little difficult to find suitable replacements, so they kindly refunded the difference and continued processing the rest of my order.

The delivery took around six days, which felt a bit longer than I initially expected, but I understand that this is fairly standard. When the package arrived, the products were packed very well and everything was secure.

One small point I noticed was that the box used for packaging appeared to be one from their own bulk delivery, as it still had their supplier sticker and details on it. It might be worth removing this in the future to avoid any potential confusion for couriers.

Overall, the customer service was good, communication via email was quick, and the products arrived safely. Despite a couple of minor issues, I’m satisfied with the service and happy to have received my items.
