Bad quality bed & Service - Zero STARS
I actually question these 5 stars they have received and would recommend anyone before thinking about using this company to read all the 1 stars beforehand
I have experienced nothing but pure incompetence from this company and WOULD NOT recommend them. I purchased a bed and headboard online, following an email to which I was advised to do, to ensure the bed would arrive with chrome gliders. When the bed arrived, not only no gliders, the bed was damaged, with a hole in the base and black scuff marks, which you could see behind the plastic, and would make you question how this is possible when it's wrapped up I called the customer service, who advised they would exchange the bed base and offered me 10% refund due to the inconvenience, however when calculating the amount it was in fact 7% refunded. I received confirmation the bed would be arriving between 12.00 - 16.00 on a Saturday. I waited for the bed to arrive, and the courier turned up after 5pm, with the wrong bed, to which you can imagine I was not impressed. I called the customer service team "again" completely fathomed how they had got the order wrong when it was a straightforward like for like exchange, to which I requested a refund, to which the support team begged me to give them one more chance to get this right and they will exchange with the correct bed, I really don't know why, but I gave them another chance and then received confirmation it would arrive the following Saturday, between 12.00 -16.00, which meant me waiting again and losing another part of my weekend, to then receive the bed after the time slot provided yet again, with the incorrect bed, surely they cant get this wrong twice you ask, Oh yes they can!. At this point, I called customer support and requested a full refund and nothing was going to change my mind this time. They advised I would receive a call from the cancellation team the following day, to then receive a call from the escalations manager three days later, who again asked to give another chance, he also offered a reinforced bed and promised they would make sure they did not get it wrong, he did not seem to want to come off the phone unless I changed my mind, but enough was enough for me, I wanted my money back and never to use this company again, eventually he then advised he will refund the amount minus the 7% they refunded earlier, to then receive an email summarise what I would receive if I changed my mind.
NEVER WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BEDS.CO.UK IF I COULD ZERO STARS I WOULD!
I have given you all the required information, pictures, feedback and still continued to recieve the same bad experience and therefore have no confidence in your message below, that after 3 attempts you would be able to rectify this as the damage is already done.
