I recently ordered a few products from Pak Cosmetics and overall had a good experience. After placing my order, I noticed the status showed as “on hold,” so I tried calling for clarification. Unfortunately, each time I called the line disconnected after about four minutes. I then decided to email instead, and the response was prompt and helpful.

They explained that some of the items I ordered were out of stock and gave me the option to choose alternatives of the same value. I found it a little difficult to find suitable replacements, so they kindly refunded the difference and continued processing the rest of my order.

The delivery took around six days, which felt a bit longer than I initially expected, but I understand that this is fairly standard. When the package arrived, the products were packed very well and everything was secure.

One small point I noticed was that the box used for packaging appeared to be one from their own bulk delivery, as it still had their supplier sticker and details on it. It might be worth removing this in the future to avoid any potential confusion for couriers.

Overall, the customer service was good, communication via email was quick, and the products arrived safely. Despite a couple of minor issues, I’m satisfied with the service and happy to have received my items.

Outstanding from beginning to end!

From the moment I started my journey with First Home Improvements, the experience has been exceptional.

My design consultant, Adrian, was fantastic, he provided expert advice on the best solutions for my home and guided me through all the product options with patience and professionalism. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Once I made my decision, the process to move forward was seamless.

The surveyor was extremely thorough, taking the time (up to three hours) to ensure every detail was right, which gave me full confidence in the next steps. From there, the friendly customer service team made scheduling so easy, doing everything they could to accommodate the dates and times that worked best for me.

When installation day arrived, Iftikar and Allan were brilliant. They carefully covered all areas to prevent any mess, worked efficiently, and were polite and friendly throughout. They explained everything clearly once the job was done, handed me my new keys, and made sure I understood how everything operated. Even when a small defect (a scratch on one of the windows) was identified, it was addressed immediately, with the replacement glass ordered without any hassle.

A few days later, I had the pleasure of meeting Jaz Powar and Jordan Harris, who came to complete additional work. Just like everyone else in the process, they were professional, courteous, and ensured everything was finished to my complete satisfaction.

This may be a long review, but it’s because I truly want to highlight how every single person involved was outstanding. From start to finish, nothing was ever a problem, and the whole team went above and beyond to deliver a result I absolutely love.

I am over the moon with my new windows and door, and I cannot thank First Home Improvements enough. I would recommend them a thousand percent; you won’t be disappointed!

Quick Delivery – Too Early to Tell, But Feeling Hopeful!

I received my Biotin from Nutrition Geeks really quickly – great service! I've only been taking it for about 10 days, so it's a bit early to see noticeable results, but I'm feeling positive and believe it will work. Looking forward to seeing the benefits with continued use!

Bad quality bed & Service - Zero STARS

I actually question these 5 stars they have received and would recommend anyone before thinking about using this company to read all the 1 stars beforehand
I have experienced nothing but pure incompetence from this company and WOULD NOT recommend them. I purchased a bed and headboard online, following an email to which I was advised to do, to ensure the bed would arrive with chrome gliders. When the bed arrived, not only no gliders, the bed was damaged, with a hole in the base and black scuff marks, which you could see behind the plastic, and would make you question how this is possible when it's wrapped up I called the customer service, who advised they would exchange the bed base and offered me 10% refund due to the inconvenience, however when calculating the amount it was in fact 7% refunded. I received confirmation the bed would be arriving between 12.00 - 16.00 on a Saturday. I waited for the bed to arrive, and the courier turned up after 5pm, with the wrong bed, to which you can imagine I was not impressed.  I called the customer service team "again" completely fathomed how they had got the order wrong when it was a straightforward like for like exchange, to which I requested a refund, to which the support team begged me to give them one more chance to get this right and they will exchange with the correct bed, I really don't know why, but I gave them another chance and then received confirmation it would arrive the following Saturday, between 12.00 -16.00, which meant me waiting again and losing another part of my weekend, to then receive the bed after the time slot provided yet again, with the incorrect bed, surely they cant get this wrong twice you ask, Oh yes they can!. At this point, I called customer support and requested a full refund and nothing was going to change my mind this time. They advised I would receive a call from the cancellation team the following day, to then receive a call from the escalations manager three days later, who again asked to give another chance, he also offered a reinforced bed and promised they would make sure they did not get it wrong, he did not seem to want to come off the phone unless I changed my mind, but enough was enough for me, I wanted my money back and never to use this company again, eventually he then advised he will refund the amount minus the 7% they refunded earlier, to then receive an email summarise what I would receive if I changed my mind.
NEVER WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BEDS.CO.UK IF I COULD ZERO STARS I WOULD!

I have given you all the required information, pictures, feedback and still continued to recieve the same bad experience and therefore have no confidence in your message below, that after 3 attempts you would be able to rectify this as the damage is already done.

Great service

By looking on the website I had an idea what sofas I wanted to view. Tony the sales representative was very helpful, knowledgeable on the sofas, leaving you with no pressure, giving me time alone to get a real feel of the sofa and a happy buyer and i can't wait for the sofas to be in my home.

Where do i start..

Where do i start... firstly I received a message stating tried to deliver, will try again tomorrow, however no card was provided, just a message via email and then the following day the parcel is left in a neighbours shed when clear instructions was provided to put parcel in to the porch if no answer, which was clear they had knocked the wrong door because someone was in at the time, I then received a text advising in shed, which prompted me to call the number as I don't have a shed to then reveal the parcel is In a grotty neighbours shed and they was knocking the wrong door even though it was clear what the house number was...

Amazing Service!

I was lucky enough to receive a delightful experience from Sandwell Removals this week.
They provided an outstanding service, nothing was too much trouble and took care of every item and protected valuable items with protective padded covers, including my front door to prevent any damage when bringing items in to my home.
We had three removal men who were all very friendly, helpful and professional and always smiling.
The service was amazing and the price was also very competitive and I would highly recommend the company over and over again. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

They provide universal products…

They provide universal products tailored for all with competitive prices, the only reason I score 4 stars is the discount codes are displayed but seem to be invalid when keyed in the basket. Would just like to be able to obtain offer/discount codes that are valid for all.
