James was top class, I called in because I changed my mind a day after I bought the bed. I wanted a different one and he made this change quickly and smoothly as well as processed the refund of the difference. The delivery was then scheduled for a few days later. The whole process From buying to delivery was great I will definitely recommend this company, price and quality was great to

Call centre needs improvement n
The bed arrived on time and we are pleased with it. All was good except the call centre. The centre staff sounded like scammers. They were very hard to understand. But they were helpful. When my phone rang it said it in my screen they were Premier Bank. So this confused me. You need staff with better English. I nearly put the phone down on them as they sounded like scammers and could not even pronounce your company name clearly.

Beds saving me £20 Delivery
Beds booking the delivery date saving me £20 but after speaking to the courier they advised they wouldn't deliver to the 1st floor flat and would just be ground floor. I live on my own and wouldn't be able to carry the mattress also, they advised to speak to supplier. I went onto the chat to speak to an agent and was assigned David. He immediately resolved the issue with asking for my delivery date and booked it for me to be delivered to my room of choice free of charge. It was a seamless experience and my issue was resolved within minutes and saved me paying the delivery charge. Thankyou David!

Ottoman Double
Purchased an Ottoman double with the memory foam mattress and it was delivered within a fortnite, to Scotland. I was a bit sceptical when some reviewers claimee they had been charged twice, delivery never came etc, but honestly, I'm glad I purchased from Beds.co.uk
Every call I've had from the company (to arrange delivery, confirm delivery, ask about satisfaction etc) has been made by friendly, helpful agents.

Falsely advertising in stock products!
Ordered from this website after checking all reviews! Ordered because the bed said “in stock” instant dispatch ready for express delivery. paid the extra £30 to the delivery company for my chosen day of delivery. Got an email from the delivery company and not beds.co.uk to tell me my new delivery date was 6th May as it would be 6-8 weeks before bed was ready as it needs to be built. so I’ve had to email beds and cancel my order, they have tried to offer 5% off to keep my order but haven’t read the message saying I can’t wait till May as our baby is due and I need a bed prior to this…..so now another day passes still waiting on cancellation and refund. I would be cautious if ordering from here because you think it’s in stock it’s more than likely not. Blatant false advertisement!

Terrible service
Terrible service. I ordered a divan bed set in February and was able to choose a specific date which I paid extra for. This date has gone and a month later still no delivery.
Several emails with customer services.
The company should adjust their system to let people know whether items are in stock or not so they don't create false expectations that goods will arrive on time. There should also be a shorter processing time for refunds and better customer service.
I have just looked today and the system still states express delivery for the same bed. Utter failure on Beds.uk
My advice is to avoid this company.
I will update this review in due course.
