Amazing service and extremely fast delivery. The camera itself which I purchased is in excellent condition. I am delighted. But also when you think something has gone wrong as in my case and it was my mistake Ella Customer Experience Person was on hand to guide me via email. Even though the courier Evri took a long time to deliver my packages I was paid very quickly into my bank account. I have never had a problem with this company when it comes to how quickly I have been paid on every occasion I have sold my books.

This is the 4th year we have booked one of Mark Benson's holiday properties in Deal Kent. My husband & I with our 2 very well behaved dogs have been delighted with our vacation stays.
The properties are homely, well furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard. Just perfect for a 2 week vacation.
With just a 5 minute walk to the beach, close to the town centre & amenities it caters for all of our needs. We really love our stays.
The cottages are equipped with TV, WIFI, DVD player and gardens @ the back of the properties. Such great value for money.
Mark has always been available in the event we should have any queries or help.
We are so pleased to have been able to book these beautiful accomodations as it has certainly made our Deal vacations memorable ones. Lots of photos as evidence.
A big thank you to Mark and I must mention his wife Sarah for being instrumental in making our Deal adventures absolutely wonderful.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend as a Christmas gift on 21st December 2020 to be delivered on 24th December. To date 29th December the flowers have not been delivered to the recipient.

I have emailed the company informing them that the flowers were never delivered and have had no response from them. I have tried to ring today and you are just kept hanging on the line with an automated voice stating 'please hold on someone would be with you shortly' that goes on for a while then 'please leave a message' automated voice comes on.
Regardless of how many times you ring it is the same automated service. No one answers the phone.

I have come to the conclusion that this is a scam and I am not going to get a refund. I would have given 0 for the review if I could. It is probably the worse service I have experienced buying flowers online.

I would not be purchasing anything from this company again.
