Whilst the app worked well the amount of books that are suddenly not wanted once you’ve loaded a few on seems very strange. The funds also weren’t released until it was chased. Generally though a good service and a fair price offered on books that were no longer needed.

Pick up the books when agreed, got the money as the app calculated. Allow at least a week to get everything processed

A waste of time
I scanned over 200 items - they only wanted 9 of them to the value of £1.65, but the minimum order to send items to them is £7.50. To add insult to injury 7 items i scanned and they accepted before I created an account were rejected after I created the account!
An absolute waste of my time - don't bother. I will stick to Music Magpie.

Joke of a company
Joke of a company. I don't believe for a second that any of the 5 star reviews are real. I know companies don't give market rates for books, but the quote I was given on the first book I scanned tells you all you need to know.
1st Edition copy of I AM by Erwin Olaf is selling for nearly £80. my quote £1.25.
1st Edition of Wonderland by Kirsty Mitchell is £100, they quoted me 50p
Taken by Tony Kelly £75, they quote me 20p

I would not use this company again
I would not use this company again, they said item was missing from the parcel. I couldn’t have scanned it if I didn’t have the item. It was a high value brand new cd. Beware and take pictures when sending, I should have done that too.

Easy way to give books a new home
The whole process was easier than I thought. I will use this company again. It is nice to know my much loved books will be going to good new homes - and I got a bit of pin money.
My only tip for potential users is - don't box your books until the WBB calculator tells you how many boxes to use! You may have to re-pack!!

Very Slow and Missing books!!
I sold books but the time from sending books is extremely slow. Also be aware whilst value of books tends to be higher than other buyers a lot of books are rejected or listed as missing!!
Not sure I'll be using again.

Easy place to get rid of some books for money. The money they offer is a little low in my opinion. But because how easy the process is, I still think it is worth selling any books you have here
