I order from Pak Cosmetics regularly. Their prices are really competitive and the variety of products is fantastic. I go on there to shop for particular items, and something else always catches my eye so I end up spending a bit more but it's worth it. You can choose to track your deliveries, but I don't bother and have never had any issues.

A quick & easy process to start. I’ve nad several finance agreements over the years at much higher rates than initially quoted. It will be interesting to see if I am eligible for some money back as my earliest finance deal was in 2018. I did it because I thought I have nothing to lose & potentially something to gain

I have regular subscriptions from No7 and had a problem with one of them.
I tried to cancel my subscription and couldn’t due to a technical problem. Tracey at No7 replied to my message stating that she had cancelled my subscription. This was done promptly and I was impressed with the service. Thank you Tracey.
I placed an order with SHEIN on 26/6 that was supposed to be delivered by Yodel on 7/7. For the last 2 weeks I have received messages stating the delivery had failed as they could not gain access to my property. At no time did anyone from Yodel make contact with me. Also someone is at my home during the day & there were no deliveries. When I contacted customer service they suggested I get the app so I could pin my location & add delivery instructions. I did this & didn’t think there would be any more issues. But no, I received yet more messages about failed deliveries. When I contacted customer service again because I couldn’t understand how my deliveries were failing I received a message stating they were unable to provide any information about it & I should contact SHEIN. SHEIN has been great throughout this whole mess. They advised me to wait until 16/7 to see if Yodel delivered. On 16/7 there was no delivery. I contacted Yodel live chat for an update only to be told they cannot locate my parcel in their depot! I had to contact SHEIN for a refund. I have made an official complaint to Yodel and am awaiting the outcome of their investigation. I was not given the opportunity to collect my package from their depot which would have been the best option when the delivery failed the first time. On Friday 18th my package was delivered to another flat in my block. I was at home at the time of delivery but Yodel did not bring it to my flat. I had no confirmation from Yodel it was delivered. I found out from my SHOP app as it popped up that the package had been delivered. What a fiasco - but I’m glad to finally receive my package.

I regularly purchase hair products & toiletries from Pak as their prices are so competitive. They deliver your orders quickly too. I particularly love the variety of African black soap they have & it’s all reasonably priced. Intend to try all of the different varieties.
I have purchased cars from Stoneacre, Wolverhampton since 2018 and always receive great customer service. This time was no different. Jack Johnson was the sales consultant that helped me choose my car this time. I’ve always purchased a Fiat 500 and have had 4 but wanted something different this time. Originally I wanted a Jeep Avenger or a Abarth but these were out of my price range. Jack then suggested I try a MG ZS. It was a lovely car but it was white which is not my favourite car colour. But when I saw it & sat inside I was sold. Although it’s a lot extra a month, I decided to treat myself and I get a lot for the extra money. Jack is a great salesman. Not at all pushy, he gave me time to weigh up my options and ensured the process went smoothly. I’m loving my new car.

I booked a collection for between 8am-6pm. The lads called at 7.45am to say they were on their way. They arrived at 8am to collect the sofa. It was dropped off by 8.15am. I was very impressed at the efficiency & care the guys took with handling the sofa. I will definitely recommend this service & will use them again.
I have shopped at Holland & Barratt for many years. In recent years I have many items on subscription. This is so convenient & value for money as you save after your first purchase. I recommend my purchases to all friends & family.

I have been receiving emails from Purestep for a while & wasn’t convinced about barefoot shoes. I kept getting emailed with various discounts to tempt me to make a purchase. The shoes are quite expensive. The ones I quite fancied were nearly £100. When I received the email selling the pair I liked for £34.95 I had to make a purchase. Wish I had done it sooner as your feet feel so free. As someone with osteoarthritis in both feet they are a godsend. Barefoot is the name & that’s exactly how they feel.
This is the 4th pair of glasses I’ve purchased from Glasses Direct since February. They have such great offers & the glasses are delivered very quickly. I’ve not had any issues with ordering online, but I’m sure if I did Glasses Direct would rectify any problems quickly. I’ll always buy my glasses from them & won’t bother with high street opticians.
Was looking for an air fryer but didn’t want to pay too much. Wayfair had plenty of choice at reasonable prices. I Found what I wanted at a good price.

The offers on Glasses Direct are really cost effective. This time I purchased 2 for 1 sunglasses. This is my 2nd purchase and I will always buy from here from now on.
I’ve been shopping with Stitch Fix for some time now. The last 2 fixes have been good & I’ve made purchases. Prior to this the fixes were disappointing in terms of the quality & prices. I made a complaint & have been happy ever since.
I used Payl8r to pay for beauty treatments. It was so good to be able to pay in monthly instalments. After payments were made i received a thank you email which was nice. I have just taken out another agreement & will use Payl8r regularly as very happy with service.

I had a good experience overall. I went with my son to purchase a laptop but I also ended up buying a toaster. I was sold a 3 year instant replacement policy for one off payment of £9 which is good value. The sales assistant wasn't 'pushy' when explaining about this cover and this was the main reason I brought it.
