Got my 100mbps broadband, its faster than my 300mbps before at virgin, Ross and his team did a good job.

Had this broadband over a year and quite frankly it’s not a service I would recommend to a friend I’ve had loss of service a few times communication I think is poor when broadband is down on the upside you can easily get through to the tech department with an apology waiting for you in my case not much else my opinion think twice

Hi guys
I got my opus broadband 2 days ago and ive not really used it yet as I'm still on my previous provider at the moment but the I turned will have a good use this weekend.
I have 1 good mention to the guy who fitted my router. He was amazing. Very kind and considerate and as quiet as could be with having a baby with me. He explained everything clear and easy to understand and cleaned up basic messes before he left. This guy deserves a pay rise!!
Now the negative feedback.
Unfortunately the person/people who do the scheduling i personally think need retraining. My appointment was changed 4 times and I was finally scheduled in... for an afternoon... right in the middle of the baby's nap time even though I requested multiple times I needed a morning appointment. If there was retraining or at least an understanding that certain people can only do certain times I would raise my review to 5 stars.
All in all, the installer was amazing but the head office has some improvements to make

The lads who installed the WiFi were professional and thorough.
No mess left. Job well done.
Easy to chat to and a pleasure meeting them.
Ross explained the technical side in layman's terms.
Big thank you to Ross,Scotty and Andy.

Just had a install and can honestly say what a good lad u have working 4 u,scotty is,careful,polite, and explained everything I asked him,i just hoping your Internet is as efficient as your member of staff was,only time will tell,

I am fedup with the Opus broadband services. I have been using this service for the last 6 months and every other day its is down. I think it is time to say good buy to Opus and join a better network.

I got a random email from them telling me I missed a payment for my broadband. Spent ages on the phone explaining I hadn’t lived in the UK for the past 11 months. Get told they will sort it out. I then get another email today talking about my broadband direct debit and that a charge of £30 will be taken. I email back and explain again that I haven’t lived in the UK for 11 months and I will not be paying anything. They email back to say if I cancel my contract that I supposedly have with them (don’t see how) that I will be charged £175 for early contract termination! Joke of a company.
