How dare they erect 2 40ft poles without informing anyone direct outside my house!!

I am taking this to the local council

Sub human garbage business practices, ugly masts erected without any thought for local residents with a service no one wants!

Hope they go bust

One giving as zero stars isn't there , we had no correspondence from this dreadful company instead they just turned up and fitted huge eyesores less than 12 inches away from my wall and neighbours , also this reduces your house price by 15% it a eye sore and the company are even worse never get back to you, they say you can object once up but they don't give a monkeys

Trued contacting waited 45 ninutes keep being fobbed off ...
Why are they being allowed to do this without prior consultation !!
Absolutely atrocious

Came and put a pole up which is leaning into the guttering on our house. We have sent numerous emails and been blanked ever since. Looking at legal action now.

I’d give them zero but it’s not an option. Cowboys who erect monstrosity’s outside peoples homes without any consultation. Bolton Council have a lot to answer far too, I bet a few brown envelopes have swapped hands to allow to this go ahead unchallenged.

This company are totally disgraceful think they can take the law into there own hands. I email the director making a complaint and received no response. I phoned the main complaints section and was fobbed off.

Terrible, just plain ignores emails.

The right to erect these monstrosities outside our homes with no consultation. We have recently just had a great big 5G mast erected on our local bowling green which non of the residents wanted. We actually ran a petition and thought we’d got it squashed. However it went ahead obviously a backhanded deal with the local
council. Disgusting! And now this.! Where are our rights. ?

Ruining everywhere with these horrible eye sore poles. Horrible company who doesn’t care

IX Wireless are dreadful to deal with. They are putting poles up in areas that already have good broadband with no consultation with communities. They then string cables all across the roads between their poles. They have no complaints policy, do not reply to emails, letters or calls and their registered office is an empty building. They advertise their broadband as 6G and sell it through Opus Broadband, owned by the same people. Avoid at all cost!!

0 consultation....masts erected on my street where we already have internet supplied by many organisations.

Appalling behaviour from this company who seem to have zero care or awareness

They could not care less about damaging the environment or the neighbourhoods they are travelling round
They seems to be completely unregulated and irresponsible

IX Wireless had a pole installed directly outside my house ,blocking access to a drive I had planned to do with no consultation at all,nothing ,absolutely zero.
I Have tried to complain to object as their instructions state on the pole but again had nothing back .I have emailed them several times ,nothing .
I have emailed our council but they seem helpless .This company is appalling it's distcusting how they can get away with this by bullying their way through and paying off our councillors, the ones who got paid should be named and shamed.
Do not trust this company one bit ,if there was no other option and there was no means of internet .I would do without Internet, would you connect to these people ,having banking and other security related streams going through them ,when they dont have no concern to anyone around them or the people they upset.I would do without Internet first and be safe. Do not trust this company.

improper siting by IW wireless sneakily on election day. sited next to a grade 2 listed building (a nursery) and opposite our back garden snooping directly into our Daughters bedroom. It is an eyesore overlooking our back garden and a blight that ruins our home. complained but got a dismissive letter response. Wife cannot sleep and is constantly angered by this. We already have high speed cables in our area, so no need for this. they allege there are no electro magnetic fields emitted but no birds around the trees since it was installed.

IX Wireless have installed a pole against the foundation wall of my home, allowing damp to ingress. Less than a week after installation my front door has started sticking, as well as the windows closest to the new pole.

The installation was really sloppy, there are cement handprints up the side of my house.

They could have gone against my yard wall or across the street against the cemetary fence. But instead right next to my front door.

They don't answer the phone (on hold for over 45 mins during office hours), enquiries through their website form or letters.

There is already superfast broadband from several suppliers in the area, and telegraph poles providing fibre above street level to houses (which IX Wireless are entitled to use) up the street. Including across the crossroads from my house.

They should have their license revoked. This isn't providing broadband to area's previously underserved, this looks like a landgrab to inflate the value of their company.

This company are horrendous. They have no respect or consideration for our residential streets and it's residents. The D&C Jones the company they use to install these monstrosities, the workers can be abusive o residents, do not have permits. Ignore all health and safety whilst working.

We are a country full of moaners, they've installed 3 poles on our street in Burnage South Manchester, I'm actually looking forward to this service, but at this rate looks like the moaners won't even let this company launch... oh well these pretty little poles can be used for something else I guess...
