I was swapped from ESA to universal credit I explained I wouldn't have any income for about 5 to 6 weeks I told them time and time again I don't know when I get payed as had no paper work yet reduced my speed from 100mbps to 5 told them to turn it off all together I am not paying for a service like that besides broadband was always down

I had Opus Broadband installed at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. A big shoutout to the two engineers, Scotty and Tyler, who went above and beyond during the installation.

A genuine absolute joke of a company and that is not me just venting frustration. They give me ridiculously low speeds, but worst is how they deal with it. Ive phones 20+ times but cant speak to a manager. Its a call centre in dubai. They wont let me cancel free of charge even thought through their own admission I have been on a package of 11mb for 6 months despite paying for 73mb. They offered 1 month free when my speeds are still ridiculous and I want to leave. I was told keep calling and log issues and I can cancel which I have done but surprise surprise every time there is something that makes me have to stay on, or pay one more month. I have been in touch since November I kid you not and they have scammed and conned me of £150+. Joke of a company

WiFi was very inconsistent. However, my main is issue I have had to cancel my contract due to a house move. They asked me to pay a £115 cancellation cost, due to being under contract, no problem I have accepted this. I was informed by opus that the charge would be taken out of my final bill this month. However, a day after this, I received a text that my 'debt' would be passed on to a debt collection company and to call Opus to pay it if I didn't want that. I immediately tried to call them, but the voicemail informed me that their customer service was only open Monday - Friday. It was a Saturday. I replied to the message to inform them of this. Now, on Sunday, I have received a text message that my 'debt' has been passed onto a debt collection company- QuickCollect. This is a disgusting way to behave. I am sure this will be resolved, but it speaks volumes to the sort of company this is. I would no longer recommend them to anyone.
Update: they've since replied to this review apologising for connection issues. Have they even bothered to read the review? They'd know that was not what I was complaining about. Again, volumes about the company and their customer service.

Had another long unhelpful call with Opus again. The customer service is terrible. They are so unhelpful and almost called me a liar on the phone. The speed and range of the broadband provided is not even close to what was sold. It constantly drops out and has to be reset.
