Never recieved my product or my money back

I ordered a guitar pedal more than a week a go, and I haven't received anything nor have I received any order status update. It still says: received order, an advisor will check and send your product. Even though it said the order was in stock, and sent the latest within 2 days. Terrible experience. I needed the pedal today so I had to buy it elsewhere. I hope they will still cancel my order and give me money back.

11/2 Remo drumvel besteld en betaald. Na 5 dagen nog geen track en trace terwijl het product op voorraad was. Op 17/2 Mail gestuurd met vraag waar track en trace blijft, vandaag 21/2 nog geen antwoord op mail. Voelt niet goed waarschijnlijk opgelicht.

J ai effectué une commande de deux micros serre tête sur ce site "musique shop" le 22 octobre 2024.
N° de commande : 000026489.
Je n ai jamais vu la couleur de ces micro.
Jamais rien reçu.
En fin d année 2024, ils répondaient encore au tel pour le dire que ça allait arriver .
Depuis plus rien, les appels du service client sont sans réponses.
CE SITE EST UNE ARNAQUE TOTALE.
Je ne vais en rester là.
Je prépare le recommandé et ensuite un organisme de défense des consommateurs va les contacter.
Et plainte il y aura.

I order a piano bench. they took 2 months to deliver without any reply for my questions. when I get the bench, it is a cheap model instead of expensive one I order. I asked them to replace or return. they do not make any reply.

I'd made an order in oktober 2024. Still haven't received the product.

So, we are now almost 3 months down the line, since this whole thing started, no product ever arrived, refund agreed, no refund 2 months on.
They contacted me to tell me to take down my bad reviews then they would consider giving me my refund. My bank are currently 7 weeks into trying to get my money back on the charge back scheme. The company will not answer my messages, and have locked me out of my account. How are they allowed to still trade, and continue to commit what is clearly theft

I ordered (and paid for) 2 Timpani heads at the begining of May 2024. Despite phone calls and numerous messages they have not sent my heads and don't reply to my messages.
Their communication is dreadful and their attitude is not much better. Avoid this shop!

I wasn't happy with my purchase, when l have notified them they haven't even bothered to reply. The item pattern is smudged and looks tacky.
Item is not as described

I've managed to received the product I bought but it has been an unnecessary stressful experience as:
1. their phone number basically does not work, I tried calling multiple times and it always go to the voicemail
2. they are also very slow on responding to their own help-desk system
3. although the product was marked on their website to be shipped in a couple of days, it took them a full week to ship it

After having such frustrating interaction (and reading previous customer comments) I'm actually relieved that in the end I received what I bought but I'm afraid I won't be buying with them again.

I wish them all the best and I hope they can improve their post-sale customer support so others do not have to pass through the same experience.

The shops website claims to have the item I want in stock Billy Sheehan Bass Overdive Ultimate pedal and has been since 4th October when order was placed , over a month down the line still no delivery many attempts to communicate
with this 'business' using their online form only 1 response so far giving no useful info.
I'm now going through the bank fraud team with my bank to recover the funds hopefully from bank used for transfer wish i had used debit card I'd recommend this for others in the
same situation. Amazing that they're able to get away with what is essentially robbery in plain sight. I think the French Fraud Department need to made aware of this company I will research their details to see how this company can be allowed to rip people off like this and still be open

J'ai commandé chez musique shop un tabouret de batterie qui devait être livré en 2 à 4 jours. Aujourd'hui 3 mois après je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Mon versement a par contre été encaissé très vite. Le premier mois j'ai téléphoné pour m'entendre que " ça allait arriver" chaque fois rien n'est arrivé. Et maintenant que voie-je sur le site que ce tabouret a un délai de livraison pouvant aller jusqu'à 2ans !!!!! Tous les autres marchands le proposent en 2 à 4 jours et ils l'ont en stock. Ceci dit dans le contrat de vente ce délai ne vaut rien. J'ai commencé une procédure afin de les traduire en justice, ce sont manifestement des gens malhonnêtes, qui ne répondent même pas au courrier qu'on leur adresse. Fuyez-les et si vous êtes dans mon cas, nous sommes nombreux sur Trustpilot, renseignez-vous auprès d'une association de consommateurs sur la marche à suivre...nous gagnerons et nous rendrons service à tout le monde y compris à nous-même.

Non ho ancora ricevuto quanto ordinato e pagato il 16 luglio 2024 (Ordine 6000007170). Mi rivolgerò alla polizia postale e a tutte le autorità competenti, anche francesi, sporgendo denuncia per truffa e furto se non ricevo subito il rimborso di quanto pagato e mai ricevuto. I paid 586 euros and then immediately canceled my order after reading the reviews (albeit too late). I haven't received a refund two months later. In the meantime, I did what I could by informing the police and French fraud prevention services. However, it seems they simply don't care and are keeping the money. Isn't this just thievery?

I ordered the equipment in November 2022, for a total amount of €1,458. After hearing nothing from them in a while, I contacted the customer support to check my order. I was told that the items were out of stock at the provider, and that I could not get my money back.

We are now around 2 years later and I still haven't received my order, nor any refund. During this time I kept writing/calling every month. A few times they've responded that my order is next up(!), only to
be followed by a long period of no responses and/or reply that the product is out of stock still and that I can't get my money back. Lately, they've stopped replying to my support tickets, and I'm not able to get through the phone.

Meanwhile I've bought my equipment elsewhere (so it was indeed not out of stock at the provider).

Very upset and sad about how this went down, and for the amount money I've lost, as well as the time I spent waiting. But more importantly, I'm so sad about all the gigs I had to turn down because I didn't have the equipment that I was so eagerly hoping to one day receive.

I hereby let go of this terrible experience and move on.

Dreadful company. Cancelled an order immediately but the are holding on to my money. They only offer support though website and refused to help on a call.

If you are in the UK do not use this company at all. The website fools you into thinking that you are paying the UK VAT.
YOU ARE NOT, you get hit with customs charges and when you raise it with they just say sorry we will refund you 20% of the cost of the product. Unfortunately that is considerably less than the customs charges you get hit with.
This was a very bad experience and I wish I hadn’t used them at all

J'ai commandé 3 produits sur le site internet. Les 3 produits étaient indiqués "disponible", délai de livraison de 4 jours. J'ai été livré 2 produits sur 3 un mois plus tard. Le 3 produit est toujours indiqué "en stock" sur leur site internet. Le service client est de mauvaise foi et dit que c'est la faut de leur fournisseur, ou du livreur, ou de l'entrepôt, etc.

In ieder geval geen Nederlands bedrijf. Blijkt een Frans bedrijf te zijn die zich niet aan EU regels houdt voor wat betreft herroepingsrecht etc.

Sturen een product op (muurbevestiging voor platenspeler) wat niet aan mijn verwachting voldoet. Basisplaat is niet waterpas en stevig genoeg. Bieden een kortingsbon van "10%" aan voor het ongemak...

Ik zou deze shop niet aanraden
