Ashish surveyor from specialist repair team came today. Quite pleased with his work, paid attention to everything I said. Raised some repairs and shown me on the app. He is excellent surveyor and would rate him 10/10.

Jagitt the lovely tradesman who visited my home today was excellent, he completed the jobs that was reported, also identified additional issues in the house and reported them, and confirmed the other job will also be sorted. Eduart came to fix my toilet as the cistern was leaking and water was constantly running in the toilet. He changed the cistern unit, and the job was completed.
Very happy with his work, he was very polite and explained everything he was doing.

Jaljit clare was so helpful and adviced painting and decorating tips and methods . He was very helpful and made recommendations of how best to maintain the property and walls . He was respectful and put on shoe covers .

Today I had a visit from Jagjit Clare a damp and mould specialist l. He was very went through everything and explained everything to me without getting annoyed.

Midland heart need to employ people like Jagjit Clare 5 Star employee.

Wayne was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Polite and reassuring from the get go he worked efficiently and went over and above to ensure we had a working kitchen water system again.
My mom has a disability so the significance of the work couldn’t be stressed enough.
Words cannot express how grateful we are that he was sent to the rescue.

Unprofessional service with failure with your data. incompetent workers that seem to show no respect for tenants, anything do with anti social behaviour unless violence has taken place will be let it continue to happen not before something serious happens, as long as rent is being paid any issues raised have to be force and consistent with effort for your voice to be heard.

The housing officer had compassion, and was very kind and had the welfare of the tenant, he understood everything we was going through and helped us a lot, there need to be more people like this man

Steve was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. He was informative throughout the visit and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. What stood out most was that Steve worked on a Saturday, explaining that he does this to accommodate people who work during the week. As someone who works full time in a nursery setting and has no access to my phone during the day, this was an incredible help for me.
