After multiple emails asking for shipping info and a phone call where I was told there was a mistake at the warehouse... They sent the wrong pants. I ordered Charcoal with a white pinstripe- I was sent shiny silver pants with a plaid design. I called and was told they were out of the charcoal pinstripe in the size I ordered. Then they said that they sent the right item. Clearly, they did not. I asked for return info because their website says they will do returns if they mis-represented an item. Sure- but, they won't pay for shipping.

Unprofessional. Completely unprofessional.

Run like hell! Site claims 100% satisfaction. How about worst satisfaction.

My situation was buying a full length overcoat wool, 44L. I have a 42L coat currently, looking to get a larger coat. The coat that arrives has no markings for size. I try it on, it's tight in the shoulders, more tight than my 42L. Seems odd. I ask about making sure the size is right, they dodge the question. So I ask about getting a 46L, they tell me it's out of stock.

So I ship back the coat, costs me about 18 dollars, then they tell me another similar coat in 46L is available, but it's 30 bucks more. I agree to pay for the more expensive coat. They charge me another 55 bucks, (on top of my first 179 order + shipping). I get the coat and low and behold it's some ugly gray coat nothing close to what I had. So I look on their site and find the coat for 169, the coat I paid for was 199. So I explain to them and give photos. They ask me if I want to keep it for the original price paid and give me my 55 back. Seriously this coat looks like a bath robe with a flimsy wool belt.

So I ask for them to provide me a prepaid label to send back their mistake. Never did they offer to send me the right coat. It's all a sham with these clowns. Even their site reviews on their site for their goods you can't give a review, its all fake.

I wish I had gone to the BBB first, they are a "F" rating. Horrible customer service, same BS email chain by people who go by F12 or J12. Now I'm basically about 225 dollars out and have to get my money back. So much for wanting a new coat. Thanks "mensusa" for showing us what horrible customer service and products are.

VERY DISSATISFIED WITH MENSUSA!!!! NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL BE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH COMPANY!!!! I purchased a Hunter green 3 piece suit for my son for Christmas, and of course when I received the suit (Prior to the Christmas holiday the wrong suit was sent, MensUsa sent a slim fit, WHICH I DID NOT ORDER!!!! I called and was told yes they (MensUsa) made a mistake for me to return the suit (WHICH I DID) and there would be no restocking fee or return fee (THIS WOULD ALL BE WAIVED) that was a BIG LIE!!!! THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $25.00, spoke with a RJ to explain what happened, conveniently the owner is not available and is out of the country, all phone calls that I previously made to them are only recorded on their system for 1 week (NEVER HEARD OF SUCH BS) and of course there is no way of them tracking to see what their Rep told me about waiving any fee!!! this is absurd RJ was not helpful and was very rude!!! I still haven't received the replacement suit, which I am truly hoping they got it right this time! SO DISCOURAGE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY, AND TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE, BECAUSE NOTHING IS DOCUMENTED!!!! MY RATING WITH THEM IS A -0- STAR!!!!!

I’ve read some of the reviews on this site regarding men’s USA and they could not be more wrong. Follow their guidance. Request your tracking number via email and if necessary....call them. Maggie I’d customer service could not have been more nice. I had ordered a Gatsby, Roaring 2020’s suit. I needed here by NYE day and she made sure it arrived on time via overnight FEDEX. Suit is beautiful although the length was a bit off. Buy some hem tape, adjust the length to your inseam and make them the correct length. Thanks so much for everything Maggie.....Mensusa is great.

Stay away from this company and its other entities. I ordered a big and tall suit for a party. The day after I placed my order I received a call saying that the price was doubled because of it being a big and tall order. NOTHING on the website mentioned an upcharge nor did the person I talked to before ordering say anything when I asked about sizing and pricing. Seems like they are running a bait and switch. I just found out that they also charged my credit card twice without my authorization. What a bunch of crooks.

BEWARE! Horrendous and rude customer service with no resolution for complaints nor returns for incorrect items that they have sent!
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee? NON EXISTENT! The customer service staff are, in my opinion, ignorant, condescending and poorly trained in customer relations. Civility and courtesy do not exist. They do, though,make a huge contribution to the poor reputation that this company has acquired! Avoid the frustration of dealing with these people, they make "satisfaction guaranteed" an oxymoron!

This store is absolutely horrible. I ordered a pair of shoes in the month of July took forever to arrive. Once received the shoes did not fit. Spoke with Customer Service which is a JOKE and not professional at all. Asked for the return instructions and was advised will need to be emailed to me. Waited for days and never received any instructions. Emailed them once again the response was still delayed. The item was sent back to the address on the package delivered as no instructions were ever received. After looking at my credit card statement the item was still listed. After speaking to CS for the final time months later they advised the package had not been received and CONVENIENTLY now being able to verbalize the correct return address. After advising of what happened the rep was very condescending and not understanding at all. Telling me all I can receive minimum is a store credit. However these unprofessionals got paid and I am still in limbo due to there negligence of not providing info when needed as there was a timeframe of receiving the return item. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company please take your business elsewhere if your looking for ETHICS, QUALITY and PROFESSIONALISM

Terrible customer service. Mensusa or Suitusa - they seem to be the same company. There is lots of conflicting information on the site. I ordered from these guys and my suit shipped out several days later than expected. When it arrived it was the wrong size and they make it difficult if not impossible to return for a refund. I will be disputing the transaction on my credit card. It is crazy places like this exist anymore with all the great options online. Stay away from this company

WARNING STAY AWAY! Terrible service and even worse customer service.I ordered a suit I could not track it And when I contacted them they said it would be here on the next Monday it never came called crack they said Thursday, I received it on Tuesday and it wasn’t even the suit I ordered . I call them again and customer service was very nasty and hurried me off the phone I asked her name and she hung up . Don’t Do It!

I ordered a suit 1 week ago, Aug 29th 2019. I needed it for the next weekend . I paid $35 extra for 2 day shipping. I tried using the tracking it didn't work called last night 9/4/2019 and they said they would call back today 9/5/2019. I just received and email telling me it has not shipped yet so they are refunding me. I needed the suit for Saturday night. Do not do business with this company. They could have called last week if there was an issue. don't fall for the prices, they won't deliver.

From beginning to end this company and its business practices are shady at best.
1. My first clue should have been the lack of photos, only one, of each and every suit. My second clue should have been no list of what I was actually purchasing. For example, jacket and slacks or a shirt, jacket, slacks, and tie, or something else. I was pretty sure by the "free vest" with group order verbiage I wasn't going to receive a vest.

2. Due to a need for clarity and per the instructions on the website for contacting them, I used Mens USA web form to ask my questions. Three days past with no response so I called. That actually went very well except there was no record of my initial inquiry. None the less, my questions were answered and order was placed albeit without the proper shirt because they don't actually sell some of shirts they are displaying on their website.

3. I was charged extra for expedited shipping due to the now 4 day delay in placing the order as a result of my "lost initial inquiry".

4. Order arrived promptly but they sent the wrong suit. I ordered a suit represented by the photo as two toned suit with a darker, 5 button vest. The description included the vest and called the fabric a wool blend. The suit I received was 100% synthetic with a 4 button vest and monotone. It didn't not match the photo or the description.

5. I followed the directions for return, unclear and poorly written, received the RMA number and paid for return shipping.

6. I received a refund for the suit only. No shipping refund, no apology, no explanation for their gross error or even "gee, bummer your husband wasn't dressed appropriately for the event. Yeah, we suck at this suit selling and shipping thing. Really, we cater to people who don't know the difference and can't afford to send it back."

Bottom line No, I don't recommend Mens USA and I'm out about $50 for the part I played in this nonsense.

I purchased a 2 piece Navy suit. The suit I received was a three piece and at least two sizes to large and it hung a few inches above my knees. I had to pay $24.50 to return it. Today I received one just like the one I sent back. Now they won’t respond to my emails. I am so angry. The suits the sent have NO tags indicating the size.

This was the first time making a purchase from Mensusa. Very impressed with the quality and timely delivery of my suit. I will definitely be buying from this company in the future. Oh I almost forgot GREAT PRICE!!

Order a suit on may 29th 2019. Paid with my credit card, never received the suit, Then when I call they couldn't find my address or my suit took 11 calls and still no suit, but they send me emails, how do you like your suit , and I call them over and over again still no suit or no refund, so If I was anyone planning on buying something from them. Beware

I ordered a suit fom these guys, but the color was a bit darker than I had expected and it would not work for my wedding event. The customer service was great, and they helped me to try and get an exchange. I only had 2 weeks until my event, but they said they would be able to get me a new item. However, I was worried there would be no time if this item also did not work so I got a suit locally. Customer service helped me to exchange the item for a full refund. They have great customer service and answered my email very quickly, sometimes in just minutes. I will shop here in the future.

I ordered a tux on a phone order. The photo online for the item showed a coat w/tails, pants, vest, shirt, and bow tie. The agent said the price given was just for the coat and pants. I said fine. He priced the other 3 separate items and I approved the order. The order was received very quickly and everything fit except the vest. The vest was sent as 42 Long. Everything else was correct at 42R. I emailed as directed what happened and expected them to instruct me on how to return my incorrect vest and have them send the correct size. I received a very KURT email response saying that they only excepted returns on whole sets and that I would just have to go and get the vest tailored to my size at my expense. But this was not a set according to the agent when I ordered. Only the coat and pants were a set. It does not seem like a very difficult request to send a vest in the correct size and to return the wrong one. The whole feel of this company from the fellow that took my original order to the response at the mistake tells me that this company has no sense of customer service and does not care. At least not online or over the phone. This could have been an easy inexpensive fix for them and they would have had a happy customer. But instead I'm very unhappy and I wont order from them again. I gave it 2 stars because the items that were correct fit well and I was happy with them.

THE WORST!!! I called yesterday and spoke with Carla. She saw the tracking number (for my return) in the system and said I would get an email from the charge back department stating that I was due a refund! Great job, Carla, but I never got the email. I called several times today and was told by Phillip that, even though he too saw the tracking number, it was a "federal crime" for him to issue a refund on a claim that has been resolved! Unbelievable! This claim has not at all been resolved! I spoke with my bank several times today and they told me to take it up with the merchant. I called the merchant and asked to speak with Phillip, who wouldn't answer the phone when I called back! Neither would ANYONE ELSE! This is ridiculous! Mensusa SUCKS, and I will take them to court if they do not return my money IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...EVER!

I had looked around locally for a while trying to find a suit I liked, and finally I decided to try looking online. I was very apprehensive about buying a suit I couldn't see or try on, but I found some really good deals and decided to try it. I ordered two suits late Friday evening, they shipped Monday evening, and they arrived Wednesday afternoon. I had to have the pants altered a little bit, but I am not just pleased but thrilled at my new suits. I've had a lot of comments about how nice they look, and I've recommended Men's USA to several friends. I'll never hesitate to buy from them.

Kim was great.....I will order again next year.
