Ok I was a little upset with the customer service guy for miscalculating my delivery date. Ok a lot upset. But hey he was only a day off and my jacket looks better in person than it did in the picture. So I am happy camper!! Good job

Just like everyone else don't order from this company. Took too long to get here, they charged me more than was supposed to be charged, then when I wanted to return it wouldn't return it due to the "Small Print" clauses. I've never heard of ordering some thing that isn't custom and not being able to return it.

Please don’t order anything from this company! I REPEAT DONT order from this so Called USA suits! I ordered a suit about two weeks ago to find out that it was sent to the wrong address, first of all they contacted me and told me that the suit i ordered they didn’t have the size after they took my money and the shipping fee plus tax, so initially the suit was supposed to be 78 dollars turned out to be 100 worst service and experience ever I will not ever order from this company , thinking the company was in LA my suit was shipped from another state AllBAD.Com

Terrible. I ordered a suit to bury my husband in and paid for 2 day rush delivery. They did not bother to mail it for a week and now it will not be here in time. Horrible like everyone else says. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered 2 jackets as a Christmas gift last year. They did not arrive in time for Christmas, so they sat at work while we were all on holiday. When I contacted the company to return the jackets, it took several emails back and forth because the company wanted me to take a credit and buy something else from them. For the next couple of days I kept asking my husband to look through the website. When he finally did, he didn’t find anything and after a bit more back-and-forth, I got a return authorization. I thought the worst bit about this bad buying decision would be the HUGE return shipping price tag-- over $70!!!

Sadly, it got worse.

By this time the covid issues had started and we weren’t allowed to leave home. When it was OK to return to work and get the jackets shipped, the company emailed me that I was “too late.” Then, they emailed to ask if it was OK to charge my card to send back the jackets we didn’t want. (Seriousy?!) I said no, explained the delay, but did not get a response. Instead, the jackets just came back. Now I am out the original purchase price and an additional $72.19.

I wish I had seen the horrible reviews before I tried buying anything from this company. No matter what product you see on their website, try to buy it from a reputable company that wants you to be happy. Men’s USA is not that company.

I wish I didn't have to leave out offensive words because offensive words are all I have for this company. As far as I'm concerned they are a total fraud. They deal in bait and switch tactics, whatever you order you are not going to receive, they will send you something totally difference and then argue with with that its the same suit the only difference is the tags. Then if you select a different item they will again send you something totally different and again argue with you that there is no difference. You reach the point that you just want the whole ordeal to end. They are corrupt and should be shut down by the State of California. If I didn't live in another state I was sue the hell out of them.

Ordered 2 bow ties and a waistcoat. They promised 3 day delivery and it took 10 days to arrive- too late for the function I was attending. They blamed FedEx. Customer service poor- these guys do not have any opportunity to contact them via phone. I would not buy from them again

I would give a -10* review!!
1. The jacket showed up dirty
2. The picture they have on their site showed the vest having matching one buttons that match the cost. The vest I recieved has black buttons.
3. The pants come UNHEMMED at the bottoms.
I called customer service which is actually sales and got nowhere.
I sent 2 emails and am waiting response. But from what I've read I guess I'll find matching buttons and pay to get the bottoms hemmed! I'M NOT PAYING TO RETURN ANYTHING!!

I ordered a product, and received the wrong product. After calling and receiving horrible customer service, I finally received an email that the product I ordered is not available. They are now saying they will only give me a $40 refund after I spent $169! This is a horrible company and I advise to never purchase anything from them. I'm preparing to pursue legal action because this is a part of my wedding budget, and I need my money back to actually get a tuxedo I want for my wedding.

The suit we recieved is absolutely not the one that was pictured. Paper thin, ugly and see through. The return policy is a total scam and suits are just terrible! Never been scammed so bad as with this joke of a company. This is the first time I have ever wrote a bad review on anything. I even tip when the service is bad.

Ordered a suit that came too large, they refused to refund because it was outside of their 2 week policy. This is during COVID and we happened to get sick. It did not matter. Then I requested to exchange just the part that doesn't fit (pants); they again refused. They required exchange of the entire suit. Not sure how that helps anything. It certainly did. It help me. I would not recommend giving you business to this company that asks your patience in shipping times due to COVID but does not reciprocate the same consideration. I certainly will not give them my business again.

This company and their guarantee and return policies are a complete fraud. They fraudulently show a picture of their affiliation with the Better Business Bureau on their website. All I can say is log on the BBB website and see what they are really about. The BBB give them a well deserved "F" rating. This speaks volumes about the lack of integrity and credibility this company really has. When their tuxes don't fit they substitute with the wrong one without notifying you and are worse than the originals you received. Then they charge you for the shipping. They lie, misrepresent and refuse to honor their refund policy. I have file complaints with the federal trade commission and California attorney generals office over their practices. They really should be investigated for fraudulent retail practices. Buyer beware with this company run away as fast as you can unless you want to be ripped off.

Ordered a pair shoes Bright sky blue the shoes I recieved were light blue. Called they said those were the ones I ordered wrong color. Went back online ordered the correct ones they sent wrong shoes again white and grey. I emailed them told them wrong shoes offered to charge me only 35 for the correct shoes if keep the shoes sent wrong, I did I also sent a picture from there website of the shoes I want. Well they sent the wrong shoes again the same light blue shoes as the 1st time. Now I have 3 pairs of shoes I don't want and no help from them getting a refund. Company SUCKS SUCKS, NOW is not a time to be messing with people's money.

I bought a coat from the site because of the Return Policy listed on their website when you click 100% Guarantee (which does not list that it does not apply to all items or only to certain items). However, after I received the coat, wasn't happy with it, and tried to return it, I was told my item wasn't eligible for a return, only an exchange.

I do not recommend this company!!! I ordered 2 suits for my husband the total $159.82 i placed my order. Then i received an email stating the suits were actually $99 each,and they wanted to charge my credit card more money!!!!!! So i went back to the website and guess what i was right !!! Nowhere did it say 99 each! I argued that i wasnt paying anymore money. So do NOT believe the website!!!!!!

I bought 3 silk ties. When they arrived, two were fine but the third silk tie was not in any packaging as the other two were and it was severely wrinkled
like it had been tied and worn. It also had flaws in it as well as a stain. Men’s USA refused to replace it with a new tie.

FYI, I'D NOT RECOMMEND TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered men's Seersucker suit. Received 1 suit coat, 1 pants and 1 vest.I needed to exchange for same item SKU#, same color but "different size". I returned all 3 items. I followed their return instructions and requested an exchange for the same SKU# that was on their emailed invoice, same color but new size. I received the exchange but minus the vest. I emailed them immediately to advise of the missing vest. They emailed back that the SKU# I exchanged for did not have a vest (They sent a vest with that same SKU# on the invoice they emailed me for the original 3-piece suit sent) and I'd be required to send them $30.00 to receive the vest they originally sent. They ask that you send all items back for exchange exactly as received but they didn't send back the same items as I paid to return. I'd give them a ""Zero if it were an option. ALSO THERE WAS NOT FREE RETURN SHIPPING AS ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE.

I ordered 3 suits. When they came they were a little large and wanted to exchange them for the next smaller size. When I sent to do it, approximately 15 days later, after trying to gather all the needed info to return them, I was told I could not exchange because I was past the corporate exchange date. I explained that I was willing to pay for the exchange and just wanted a small size. Jennifer said too bad, you missed your time. I stressed the 100% satisfaction guarantee, was told it doesn't matter now, I missed my date. I said there has to be some way to make this happen. She said no and that I could email. I told them I already emailed to get the needed info and was told via email that I am too late. Terrible people and terrible company. If I could write on their website I would do it daily.
